The terminal is PBB terminal? Like what Popular Bookstore is using. They are using PBB terminal.

I had this problem and only when I used Samsung Pay with Quantum Visa on PBB terminal. Error on merchant side, but transaction is successful on our side. Don't worry, the unposted amount will be released in a week or so automatically.

Seriously have to get card replacement? Any particular reason why some cards cant work well with samsung pay?

unposted trx are just unbilled transaction. once expired/canceled, it will not be billed into your statement.

I forgot how much the is the limit for pay wave transaction for quantum visa and can be resetted using pincode? Rm250 or rm500?

According to PBB, it's the timeout issue. It's definitely the card problem. If you don't want to get card replacement, then next time when you see PBB terminal, use physical card lor. Or you can still use Samsung Pay to get your Samsung reward points, then only use your physical card. 😅 You just bear with the unposted transaction for a week. If not, then just ask for a card replacement, but then you won't be able to use the old card until you get your new card in a week.

Well, i had the same problem. No worries, the transaction got removed after that. This happened to me about 2 weeks ago. Was not monitoring closely so i dont know how long it took to disappeared.

In this situation, i just give up on using samsung pay and just use the physical card.

So far works well on other terminals like cimb, maybank, etc.

It's not exclusive on quantum visa, i have similar problem for visa signature too

This is not exactly relevant to Public Bank Credit Card Thread, but some of us do use Public Bank credit cards to pay at Maxis Pay website.


Well, if some of you may not be aware, Maxis Pay (https://pay.maxis.com.my) will be decommissioned. If you go to Maxis Pay website, you will see the following message.

I recently got visa quantum card. When I wave it's not successful. Previously use wave is so smooth but now cannot . Is the card issue?

Anyone here got the Everyday Cashback for topping up Boost? I did RM80 x 8 via Boost on Feb 24 midnight, didn't get the RM40 cashback for Week 4. sad.gif

Anyone tried to waive of their SST? normally what is the requirement? i only like need to spend a certain amount of money.

and i also heard from my friends if apply from third party cannot waive (Ex CompareHero, RinggitPlus).

SST cannot be waived but just be given with rebate.

Yes, I got for all my four cards. Just call to request and usually they will impose a minimum spending to adhere to.
