O ? I was existing PBB VS CC holder. Previously is Q-MC holder, but i cut off Q-MC due to some reason.
Now was planning to re-apply back Quantum MC...

Not sure will the new Quantum MC will waive RM25 SST or convert to Cash Rebate

That mean Quantum Visa now can earn cash back via Pay Wave with minimum purchase RM30 above till Max RM250 / Transaction...

While Quantum MasterCard only earn cash back for Online Transaction...

I got my new QMC on 25 Oct, start spending till today 30 Oct , already RM500 (all spend on Big Pay about 11 Transactions )
too bad just now call CS , he mention new card 1st year wont get convert RM25 SST to CB .
Only can be done next year....

looks like i gonna call again tomorrow to try my luck.

Yup, same situation as mine. Also existing VS customer.
By the way, gonna wait till PBe posted all the transaction i had done first. Coz some spending yet show on PBe.

Tried call for 2nd time, still not allow by CS. This 2nd CS say, that offer is for new to bank customer only.
as i already got VS on hand


1st time call , CS say new card can't get this...

Hi Guys, wanna ask , if let say i buy something Online via Lazada using Quantum MasterCard (But set the payment as installment)

Q1. Will i still get cash rebate 5% ?

Q2. The cash rebate is one off given base on total amount or each month given base on installment amount pay ?

Question regarding Cash back for QMC.
Below Scenario

Billing date : 8 of each month

Transaction Date : 7 FEB 2020
Posting Date : 11FEB 2020

Understand the cash back will be included in 8 MAR 2020 Statement due to Posting date late.

BUT , the cash rebate is deduct from 9JAN-8FEB 2020 Quota ? or 9FEB-8MAR 2020 Quota ? (If let say 9JAN-8FEB 2020 i still got quota for cash rebate).

There is TnC mention " Excludes the transactions that earn Cash Back / Cash Rebate under other on-going Cash Back / Cash Rebate Campaign "

Example : I use VS for RM80 grocery via paywave , as VS can earn CB via Grocery, does it mean it also earn cash back from this campaign as well ?

SST cannot be waive, but can request to convert to cashback (depends on their management approval & your usage records)


By the way, I think is easier for PBB VS to request convert SST to cashback.
I just call and request for convert , the CS terus say ok, will submit the request
(I already tried 2 years, so far terus help request without giving any excuse)


End of last year, i request for PBB QMC , that one quite hard, CS keep on say cannot even i utilize the card each month and give lots of excuse.
At the end call few CS , the last CS only say will try request.

• Shopee Malaysia (Web/App) / ShopeePay is entitle CB.

Question :
When i reload ShopeePay via PBB VS (The card already remember in the shopee account) , it does not ask for TAC but reload on the spot , will this entitle CB ?

TnG Apps never ask for TAC as well, but it does not entitle CB.

Would like to double check is reload TnG earns CB (using QMC or VS) ?
Coz i saw 1st page say no , the rest of the post some say yes, some say no which i now start confusing.
