anyone here have issues paying with Samsung Pay + Quantum Visa?

Everytime I try to tap on the wireless white terminal, it keeps showing Error on the terminal BUT on my samsung pay it says the transaction already successful. Of coz the merchant is trusting their terminal, so in the end I have to tap using my physical card and the terminal finally able to accept.

when i check my statement, I can see multiple transaction with same amount and same merchant, but in the end only 1 of the transaction is posted, the rest is unposted.

I called PBB card service about this, they say they are unable to remove the unposted transaction for me. I have to deal with the merchant, if the merchant didnt proceed with the unposted transaction then it will be cancelled in 15 days, if they do then i have to contact them to reverse it
already same experience with 2 different merchant both using a similar terminal, wireless and white colour

I received a refund to my CC. It is possible to request CS to transfer the amount to my savings account?

I applied PB VI but since there’s no option to unselect PB WMC i just put a note in the email to notify them to remove PB WMC from my application. Is that sufficient?
