Managed to get SST rebate for the newly approved VI. CS suggested me to spend at least 600 on it to have a higher chance for approval. I called two days ago after having spent 2xRM 640 and was told to check my transactions by this Friday to see if the management approves my request.

yeap their customer service side is quite slow. but if u are doing transactions over the counter, its very fast

i previously collected mine in Sibu, Sarawak. they made me wait, and in the meantime put me at the counter to promote their investment products. i was like what on earth.

on a side note, just got unauthorized charged on my VS. i noticed cus I got a sms notification that i made payment on Google worth rm4.35 which i didn't. and when i called, i only got to know that there was another transaction on itunes worth rm399.99 which i didn't get sms. anyhow, he blocked my card already and told me will dispute and to investigate. if it was made by any family member then will be a rm15 charge. lol.

my card is expiring next month and i have received the new card from PB.

can't use the new card. do i need to 'activate' it? a must to call in to PB?

Of course you need to activate the card.
Shouldn't there letter come with some instructions to activate the card?

go inside PBe, and [Create Card PIN] on that particular card. this will do card activation-and-set pin together.

Me too, existing customer. Good to hear they require only RM 200 but RM 600 is just a suggested amount and I knew I didn't have issue fulfilling it.

only thing i know of this card is good for those who travel a lot and spend oversea but not for spend locally

yes, especially with the ongoing campaign you can get extra cb rather than using QV for VIP

anyone here have issues paying with Samsung Pay + Quantum Visa?

Everytime I try to tap on the wireless white terminal, it keeps showing Error on the terminal BUT on my samsung pay it says the transaction already successful. Of coz the merchant is trusting their terminal, so in the end I have to tap using my physical card and the terminal finally able to accept.

when i check my statement, I can see multiple transaction with same amount and same merchant, but in the end only 1 of the transaction is posted, the rest is unposted.

I called PBB card service about this, they say they are unable to remove the unposted transaction for me. I have to deal with the merchant, if the merchant didnt proceed with the unposted transaction then it will be cancelled in 15 days, if they do then i have to contact them to reverse it


already same experience with 2 different merchant both using a similar terminal, wireless and white colour

Question regarding Cash back for QMC.
Below Scenario

Billing date : 8 of each month

Transaction Date : 7 FEB 2020
Posting Date : 11FEB 2020

Understand the cash back will be included in 8 MAR 2020 Statement due to Posting date late.

BUT , the cash rebate is deduct from 9JAN-8FEB 2020 Quota ? or 9FEB-8MAR 2020 Quota ? (If let say 9JAN-8FEB 2020 i still got quota for cash rebate).
