I can't say for Islamic card

But I paid using Visa Signature and gotten cb for it @ www.iwk.com.my

Of course need to be RM100 and above

How to retrieve and download the statement online? From PBe, it jumps to MyPB but there is no where to download the statement in proper PDF. It has been recently disabled?

Cannot perform online transaction using PB CC after changing to hard token. SecureSign verification won't load at all, thus merchant would deem the transaction failed
Called CS so many time, and pingpong between CC and online banking channels, without any result. Even went to the branch, the officer said he can only verify everything is in order. Worst of all, asked me to call back CS.

Any PB officer who can help me?

Different channel CS pass to each other then branch. Branch pass back to CS. How la?
If one of them offered to escalate to technical team or something instead of passing ball around, then at least its impression of wanting to solve the issue.
This? One of the CS even had the gall to shoo me away. Like WTF..

anyone faced problem reloading for shopee? the transaction keep getting blocked. called CS they say it's to prevent fraud, they will "open" access for 1 time then the next time i tried, they block again.

Apparently after calling, shopeepay will be placed under no risk. Something like that. No issue since then.
