Hi guys new PBB credit card customer here. I got my Visa Signature last month, 1x principle card and 1x supplementary card for the wife.

When I checked PBe online, I can see both cards' transactions under my account. My question is, when the statement is available and I have to pay, can I just pay to my main card, or do I have to pay exact to each card?

For example principle RM1k statement balance and supp has RM500 statement balance. Can I lump sum transfer RM1.5k to my main card, or need to split 1k + 500?

Because isn't ShopeePay like e-wallet and so doesn't count as retail transaction? New PBB cardmember 😅

Very disappointed with these changes. I got the PB Visa Signature because I was signing up for my housing loan with PBB and the cashback seems straightforward. Now the RM100 minimum charge is a huge turnoff plus they cap the CB lower so you'll need to spend a lot more in order to hit it.

Anyone didn't receive e-statement in their email this month? Mine usually arrives on 13th/14th of each month but it's now 17th and nothing in my inbox.

I can download manually from PBE but I was expecting it in my inbox as a reminder to pay..

Oh strange, but at least you get it eventually. I guess I keep waiting and see if they eventually send to me. Would hate to have to login manually and download the e-statement to check.

Hey guys, my credit card limit for Visa Signature is quite low, only RM20k combined for principal and supplementary. I got the credit card when I signed up for PB Islamic mortgage. Thinking to request for credit limit increase, what's the right way to go about this? Thanks.

I don’t spend the whole credit limit but the limit is quite low for my income. I’m sole prop so they initially gave me low limit, but I now have a few years of business income to justify the increase. Another reason is coz I spend more than 50% of the limit on a monthly basis (paid in full every time), and that reflects poorly on credit report but the reality is I can afford it

Does anyone know if PB will ever automatically increase credit limit for their users? I've been using for about 3 years and never missed a single payment, so I was surprised they didn't ask if I wanted a credit increase... I heard other banks do that sometimes to loyal customers who are also good paymasters.

Any ongoing Visa promotions? Looks like a lot of MasterCard promos as of late...

Hey guys, my visa signature expires end of the year (12/25), does anyone know if the bank will send me replacement before then? I have 2 cards, one principal and one supplementary. Thank you.
