2nd, previously are u register for online banking via pbb online usingcredit card detail only?
For my wife case, she only have credit card with pbb
Last time, She register for online banking using credit card detail only
So bank don’t have her phone detail
Even she request for secure sign via mypb via her hp, when she go over atm to approve, the machine won’t show phone detail
She dare not click approve when the I see the atm show empty for hp detail
When she call CS, CS say need to register over the counter once coz she never register for PAC before.
Too lazy to go over.
Just receive e-statement via email
Will consider cancel the card if annual service tax unable to waive
