whether email still valid and getting no reply are 2 separate matters la

this is their generic emails for mass market, it will definitely takes time to sort through each emails, finding response(s), and respond back to sender.

any urgent matters, better call them instead; at least you get preliminary answer/response to your enquiries first.

no issue for me. always calling can get through and resolved 90% over the phone. remaining need some further checking, returned callback.

Same issue kena IVR, what I did was just press * to avoid pressing the card details and I managed to get through. My two quantum card was charged SST on 30th August... I called to cancel, saw it being cancelled in pbe account, err this one no need to pay the SST right? No transaction of the card few months back already.

Hi guys,

May I know how to register for SecureSign? I wanted to login web or MyPB app to view transaction but keep asking me to register SecireSign through ATM? I tried to put in my credit card into the machine and activate SecureSign, but there is no device to activate.

you need to register your device (hp) via app.
You don't need SecureSign to login. Just login with your ID and password and register the device in Profile --> Security --> SecureSign. Then go to a PBB Atm to approve the device. There will be a 12 hour waiting period before SecureSign is activated.

you can just to go the counter to ask for them to activate it for you. i tried at at the atm but every time declined/canceled

The problem is I can't even login to MyPB. After key in ID and password, the app prompt me to fully activate SecureSign first at the ATM, then straight away log me out.

then, best you go to counter.
I had to redo my SecureSign registration when my old phone is spoilt. The login in the app on my new phone didn't request for securesign. So, i got my registration done with ease.

My flexipay conversion request also took 2.5 working days this time

Previously the same day will get the confirmation text msg

Either short staff, or because of National Day holiday so taking longer

I think u having same issue like my wife pbb

First, did you have any saving/current account in pbb? Or only CC?
2nd, previously are u register for online banking via pbb online usingcredit card detail only?

For my wife case, she only have credit card with pbb
Last time, She register for online banking using credit card detail only
So bank don’t have her phone detail
Even she request for secure sign via mypb via her hp, when she go over atm to approve, the machine won’t show phone detail
She dare not click approve when the I see the atm show empty for hp detail
When she call CS, CS say need to register over the counter once coz she never register for PAC before.

Too lazy to go over.
Just receive e-statement via email
Will consider cancel the card if annual service tax unable to waive
