received statement, was shocked to find that now cashback is RM15 max.

i got the same answer, so i asked if cancel the card, still need to pay the service tax? the CS said yes.

kinda "smart" right? before kena charge, can't request for waiver, after charge, no waiver and cancel the card also still need to pay.

they approved after i appeal.

i managed to speak to the CS, at first the CS said can't rebate because no more campaign, then i asked if proceed to cancel the card still need pay the service tax? then the CS said yes.

so i rant and commented that before kena charge, can't ask for rebate because they say not yet charge the service tax, but once charge the service tax and can't get rebate then if proceed to cancel the card, still need pay service tax?

then the CS said will put in an appeal for me, then 3 working days later i got the rebate.

anyone faced problem reloading for shopee? the transaction keep getting blocked. called CS they say it's to prevent fraud, they will "open" access for 1 time then the next time i tried, they block again.
