No need argue, just speak nicely, provide proof of transaction is on 1sy May with SMS PAC screenshot or transaction receipt, they will accept.

CS just a media to help us, and they are not the one who approve or reject, just be nice to them

Just realized my latest statement of my Islamic Visa didn’t get 2% cashback for my eWallet spend (TnG).

Anyone having this issue or they suddenly changed the TnC?

maybe could u show ur statement what date and which eWallet transaction u made? no issue getting cashback for eWallet top up but capped at RM15.

i dont know when finish. But your method should work based on what others reported. Book the qualification with filler 1k first, then slowly spend for cashback.

haven't T@NGo for very long. Even if not saved card, do you recall if you were prompted to use Secure Sign?

if confirmed not tng saved card method and with securetac approval.
just call CS report missing CB and request them to investigate and credit those CB back manually.

they will do it.

if went to secure approval.
they will hav the record.
almost certain they will credit the cb back after report manually .
