Just gave a call to PBB CS to check on my cb

It was told that cb will only be awarded for transactions with OTP

So those Boost wallet topup without OTP... cry.gif

Ya lesson learnt and unfortunately my BP was blocked for suspected fraud last week pending for new card

Anyway, hopefully what you said for BOOST APP SSL-EC KUALA LUMPUR MY is still applicable

Same here

Called 2 times with 2 different ladies giving the same reason, new card cannot get SST rebate

This morning, not sure is the same lady then she said will create a request subject to Management approval

Hopefully we will get it rclxms.gif

Anyone managed to get cb if it was reloaded with OTP?

Write or call the customer service and inform them you would liek to opt out from marketing e-mails / SMSes and they will put your request up

If everything goes well you will not see them after a few weeks

And along the way, during approval process I called up again to stress that I only want MC

So when approved only MC was given

And, my spending is enough for VS + QMC and sometimes I got extra quota I use them to pay for insurance which was originally taken care by MBB Barca VS
