Just called CS to request for SST rebate. The guy on the other end replied, "SST ah? SST cannot be waived, sir." doh.gif

Better to try your luck at another time with different CS rep. Maybe even without condition.
Seems that the recent cases of being denied rebate involved the same male CS.

Emailed PB yesterday regarding the new cashback cap. Here's their reply.

We wish to advise that the revision on affecting transactions (such as minimum spend requirement, change of category and change of cash back percentage) will be based on transaction posting date (which transactions posted 01 October 2022 onwards will be having the revised features).

While the revision for monthly cash back capping will be based on cycle date (statement issue date 01 October 2022 onwards will be having the new capping).

However, we have submitted an appeal on your request to earn previous capping for your October 2022 statement. Please refer to your next statement for the outcome.
Hope i get the RM10 cashback.

Given the blowback on this issue, PB should have standardise the statements' end date to end-of-month, like FD and loan.
So much harder to handle when everyone's date is different. What if a person's statement is registered to beginning of the month? It'll be very annoying. rclxub.gif ranting.gif

My cards are expiring in Jan./

1) Do PB still send replacement cards before expiry?

2) What'll happen to the promo cashback that I complete in Nov/Dec? Do they credit into my PB saving account or replacement CC?

3) I suppose the best replacement for QMC is PIB Visa? I want cashback for online transactions and ewallets.

If I cancel the old cards before expiry and get the PIB card, how do they credit the promo cashback in the cancelled cards?
IINM promo cashback will lag up to 2 months.

Cannot perform online transaction using PB CC after changing to hard token. SecureSign verification won't load at all, thus merchant would deem the transaction failed
Called CS so many time, and pingpong between CC and online banking channels, without any result. Even went to the branch, the officer said he can only verify everything is in order. Worst of all, asked me to call back CS.

Any PB officer who can help me?

Different channel CS pass to each other then branch. Branch pass back to CS. How la?
If one of them offered to escalate to technical team or something instead of passing ball around, then at least its impression of wanting to solve the issue.
This? One of the CS even had the gall to shoo me away. Like WTF..
