for pb quantum mastercard, may i know the exclusion for recurring transactions what does that mean?

I'm existing Public Bank Quantum credit cards user.

My application for Public Islamic Bank Visa Platinum-i and Mastercard Platinum-i Credit Cards has been approved.

1. Am I consider new to bank user? Any offers/rewards fro new to bank user?
2. How to fully utilise the 50% cashback on your first online transcation?
