How much total PL a person can borrow from different bank if his income is rm4.5k per month?

ocbc approved their cash-i offer to me with 5.5% 3yrs repayment, full settlement option after 18mths with no penalty...

how did you apply tat? or it is only for existing customer with home loan?

i didnt actually & i dont hv banking activities with ocbc, they called me up that a pre-approved cash-i available, just need my i/c for verification & since i want to start a massage franchise with a biz partner, it comes at the right time!

i did tried to gv the no. to my biz partner to call but was being told that only selected people from their list only...

may i know how do i calculate the amount to pay for early settlement? for example, i have RM7.5k balance for 2.5 years.. so If I want to pay early in lump sum, the amount should be lower right?

most personal loan the interest is high. But for anyone interested to apply for RHB personal loan then do PM me for more details. As far as i know RHB loan interest might be high but if u settler earlier then u don't lose out much as they practically using reducing balance method unless u go for long term.

Their penalty is basically RM100 or 1% whichever is higher if u settle below 6 months. If after 6 months then no exit fee.

I wanna know right..if we apply for the personal loan and would like the bank to open a savings account with their bank for them to deposit the approved money to their savings account, the applicant need to go to the bank right?

Commitments : Al-rajhi loan-rm238/mth
CC : just got recently
Looking for 25k-30k loan(if possible), but min of 15k loan
Have tried Easy rhb & ocbc but got rejected. Checked my ctoss criss all clean. Any suggestions?
