got offer for PL from OCBC, submitted for apps waiting for approval, up to 100k @ 5.5% 3yrs repayment based on current income lvl, no penalty for full settlement after 1.5yrs...

they call me up say i'm a selected individual for their vip cash, based on my income they can offer up to 100k 5.5% is 3yrs if take 5yrs is 5.75%, i tried to intro a fren too but they say no offer...

they will call after cny if my apps is approved anot...

ocbc approved their cash-i offer to me with 5.5% 3yrs repayment, full settlement option after 18mths with no penalty...

i didnt actually & i dont hv banking activities with ocbc, they called me up that a pre-approved cash-i available, just need my i/c for verification & since i want to start a massage franchise with a biz partner, it comes at the right time!

i did tried to gv the no. to my biz partner to call but was being told that only selected people from their list only...

hlb offered me 0.88%/mth up to 80k from credit credit limit... still too high for me!
