Hello all.
I am wondering, what does the banks think of people who take PL and wants to settle their loan early? Do they view it as a loss of income, or do they prefer loan takers to settle their loan early? |

Need money asap. at least RM15,000-RM20,000 I've applied for pl from Alliance bank & Hong leong bank but had been rejected. Anyone can help. Will stick to the forum until then. |

QUOTE(are_yee @ Feb 9 2011, 10:53 AM) btw, before u could ask the officer how much amount you could get for PL is the officer will ask you first your COMMITMENT. do you have car loan, or housing loan or any loan before, that requires ur salary deducted for those. if any, they will make a counting to avoid such term as 'ketidakupayaan'. unable to pay coz hav too many debts.lets say you got car loan that have to pay rm500, then ur limit for PL is just rm80000 instead of rm100,000.as for me, i serve with the govt, salary around 3.2k and got no commitment yet even a car. the cimb bank said that im aligible to get up to rm150,000. but again, just borrow amount that u need. |
