actually so many banks offering minimum interest, but how many ppl are getting the min interest ? tats just the marketing strategy, the interest rate will be either based on the loan amount, salary, risk level (depends on the particular bank) .
*
The interest I am offering is 7.5% flat p.a. The interest will not change according to loan amount, salary, etc. Either the application is approved or rejected only. All the personal loan that has been approved is firm at 7.5% flat p.a.

QUOTE(Denzy @ Dec 17 2010, 06:07 PM)
Just got rejected for a PL from Hong Leong Bank, monthly income RM4k, been working at the same company (dad's) for over 5 years.
Applied for 20k, but got rejected without even offering a lower amount.
Over 35k in my EPF.

Is there any other way?
Am currently on holiday in Japan, and will be back to KL on 28, but staying till 31 and will be flying to Australia again.
Anyway to get an answer in such a short period?

(I don't trust 24/48 hours approval, took way longer than that for HLB.)

Btw, no C/C or Loan before.
*
Hi Denzy,

You may want to consider me. Eligible amount is 5X your salary. 7.5% flat rate p.a (0.625% monthly). Guaranteed 7.5% upon approval of loan. I can understand why you got rejected because you have no history of CC or PL. Most banks need CC or PL history to check your payment history. I have secured loans for customers without CC or PL history.

Processing takes 5 - 7 working days. Within 2 - 3 days you will know whether approve or reject.

No processing fee, no early settlement fee and free insurance included. Documents: Photocopy IC and 3 months salary slip + EPF statement. If you are interested do not hesitate to contact me.

Usually for P.Loan need at least 1 year existing credit card. However, if using 3 months salary slip is still possible. If you want to try you can submit in your salary slip with epf to help processing.

Hi Micky,

If name is listed under CTOS and CCRIS is usually difficult to apply for PL. I suggest you get a clearance letter from the bank after settling your outstanding.

Hi,

I think the 10.5% you are referring to CashOne or either self apply from branch or website. I am offering 7.5% flat from Quick Cash Edge.

If you apply QCE through branch or online you will not enjoy the 7.5%. Must go through me. Kindly be noted.

My friend was attended by someone from SCB personally and that 10.5+% is the effective interest rate.

Meaning total interest paid over loan = 10.5%+
*
The person from SCB must be from PL or Unsecured Loan Department. I am from Employee Banking Program, and under EBP only our customers enjoy 7.5% flat rate p.a. You can ask your friend to contact me and I can process his loan for 7.5% flat rate p.a.

Yes, if have existing home loan with MBB definitely better chances of approval with MBB. However interest rate might not be so attractive.

Was looking for like 15-20k personal loan

QUOTE(mydyory @ Mar 15 2011, 05:09 PM)
but i need a cash urgent. is there any solution about this?
or shoud i apply a cradit card and withdraw instant cash from cradit card?
*
I suggest applying for a credit card then converting it to cheque-on-call. If you withdraw cash from the card the interest is very high, cheque on call is when they convert your credit card limit into cash direct to your account - interest is much lower for this.

I am offering 3 years annual fee waiver, and lower income requirement for higher card status:

Gold card: RM18,000 p.a.,
Platinum card: RM60,000 p.a.
Visa Infinite card : RM150,000 p.a.

Cash Back (*valid till end of March)

RM88 - Gold Card
RM188 - Platinum Card

If you have an existing credit card we can upgrade your card or give higher credit limit. If you are interested in Standard Chartered's Credit Card do not hesitate to contact me. Thanks.

Hai There,

i have been blacklisted due to credit card debt 2 years ago but i have settled all the debts. Can i get a personal loan or credit card approved after 2 years of clearing my debt.

Please advice.

Thanks
*
Hi,

Yes you can. I suggest get a letter from the bank you owe previously stating you have cleared your outstanding. When you apply for pl or cc submit the letter together. The letter is called clearance letter. You can get from any branch.

Hi,

Bank Rakyat has the lowest interest rate. However they only accept government and selected multinational companies. I suggest call them first to check whether your company is in their list.

Added on April 11, 2011, 2:02 pmI personally just took loan from CIMB Bank - Cash Plus Financing-i

I have to admit the service is good but the interest rate not so.

I went to CIMB Kelana Jaya branch to apply last Monday. On Wednesday the loan officer called me to request additional documents then on the same day approve my loan. On Friday the money was disbursed to my account. Total 5 working days.

Their interest rate is 8.88% p.a. Minimum income RM2500 and above. Tenure 1-5 years. If anyone interested just leave me a pm and I will refer to the CIMB loan advisor in Kelana Jaya, she's very efficient.

Thanks.
