hi guyz

wanna asking u about personal loan

if i want do some loan around rm15k
roughly how much monthly repayment?

loan with guarantee
loan w/o guarantee
thanks for ur help
*
Simple calculation can be use if u know ur loan amount, interest rate and tenure

Loan Amount - 15k
Interest Rate - 10% P.A
Tenure - 5 years

10% x 5 years = 50%
15k + 7.5k (50% Interest of ur loan)
22500 / 60 = 375

I think u mean guarantor? I guess not much different about repayment for loan with or without guarantor. Just the chance for loan to get approve is higher with guarantor.

I want to apply loan, I have 3 credit card in which I used 1 for already 6 years. Do I need more document if I want to apply for 10k loan? Ty.
*
As I know, some banks only require ur photocopy of credit card (front) that used more than 1 year and photocopy of IC. Then fill the application form with correct information.

I think most bank require your annual income to be 18k. That's 1.5k per month.

QUOTE(beatlesalbum @ May 9 2010, 04:13 AM)
Hi guys,
Need a quick help.....

Im applying for a personal loan of a few k with interest of 0.83 per month

I need the money well to set up some stuff, but will get a return in about a year, therefore early settlement is an important point for me.

Anyway the T&C's read:

Features and Benefits:

- no income documents
- no collateral
- no guarantor
- no insurance / takaful charges
- preapproved based, with >90% high approval.
- just pay in principal upon early settlement and do not need tied with remaining interest charges
- no early settlement fees after 6 months (just pay in principal when early settlement)
- no processing fees/ no stamp duty charges / no deduction for first repayment (full amount to be bank-in to your personal account)

What I want to know is the sentence.. - just pay in principal upon early settlement and do not need tied with remaining interest charges
So within a year, I want to settle my loan amount, does that mean I pay the remainder of the serviced loan including the interest, or just what I paid so far minus the loan amount.
Please let me know..
Thanks
*
It's mean you only have to pay the amount that u loan (principal) upon early settlement, you don't need to pay the interest of the remaining loan tenure.

Assumed :

Loan : 10k
Interest Rate : 10% P.A
Tenure : 3 years

So you have to pay total 13k in 3 years time. If you do early settlement after 1 year, then you only pay 11k. But most bank will have penalty for early settlement like "RM200 or 3% of remaining principal, whichever higher".

hmmm... wanted to take a 35k loan. Salary only 3k so far, repayment maybe around 8 - 10 years. Possible?
*
Normally bank only offer 4-6 times of your monthly salary, so I guess you can get 15k only. Mostly maximum tenure offer by bank is 5 years, unless koperasi offer for government servant.

Guys,

need personal loan to Finance a hobby.

Rm 15k to RM 20k.

I've been working for 10 years. No Credit card as i prefer cash. I've finished paying my car loan (i've had 4 cars previously). I work for a GLC.
Depending on the amount and interest rate, i plan to pay within 3-5 years.

Anyone can help me?

You need to state your monthly income and any commitment like car or house loan.

What is the different for bank approving loans for person verified with credit card limit vs salary slip ? Is the interest rate lower?
*
There is no different for submitting different documents, the interest rate won't be lower. Just more convenience for customer to submit photocopy of credit card only, so you don't need to prepare 3 month pay slip and EPF statement. From your credit card number, bank can know your financial history.

hi, i need a personal loan, details:

loan needed RM 15K-20K (prefer 20K)
salary rm 3,750 (work more than a year with current company)

my debt/loan so far(nothing else than these):
80k home loan with  publicBank (13yrs more to pay)
150k home loan with standChart (30 yrs more to pay)
credit card debt at rm4K (maybank)
please PM the best deal and let me know roughly the monthly payment based on 3-5 yrs repayment period and i will get back to you ASAP. Thanks!
*
I saw your commitment and credit card debt is quite high, high probability that your loan can't be approve with 20k loan. Maybe you can try 10k. But still depend on ur credit history (ur home loan and cc payment)

How much u borrow? Last time the customer service told me is for 3k below. 3k Above is 24% P.A. I was stunned that time, what she told me different from what I saw from their brochure and website. Then I ask the approved loan can bank into other bank's account, she replied me rudely "sure cannot la, must bank into same bank, use common sense". I told her other bank allow bank into other bank's account and I left immediately. I wonder what kind of common sense she have. Anyway, forgot her name, she's from Pandan Indah branch.

the 24% ps one is called the express cash financing-i http://www.cimbbank.com.my/index.php?ch=ci...pt=cimb_islamic,  the one I applied is called Cash plus Financing -i http://www.cimbbank.com.my/index.php?ch=ci...pt=cimb_islamic, almost same requirement only needed higher amount of salary to be qualified.

I borowed 9k for 2 years, total repayment is RM442 per month,
*
We bring the cash plus financing-i brochure to show her. Yet she still told us her story. Obviously she don't even know her company's product. I got no interest to ask more with her bad attitude.

meaning ur loan approved?

If you had credit card, would be better to cash from it instead of personal loan. With your income could easily get the 5k from your card limit but provided the bank have cash installment feature. Unless your card reached the limit, if that case, hardly you can get approve also.

QUOTE(neorage_x @ Sep 28 2010, 05:19 PM)
thanks for the info. I'm going to get married, and at the same time would like to help my future spouse to clear his 2 credit card debts. so both of us can concentrate on paying 1 loan with 1 interest rate, rather than multiple interest rate and multiple credit statements.

any advice or alternatives?
*
Well, you can try balance transfer among each card if the limit is allow. Because BT interest rate is lower compare to personal loan. Or you can OPT for Fast Cash (withdraw money from credit card and pay installment with low rate, it's not cash advance).

I'm saying all possibilities for credit card.

Well, the only way I can see to get cash is from credit card and personal loan.

After your future wife's debt cleared, then maybe ask her to cancel it and you get a supplementary card for her (if both of you are financial sharing or she is financial dependent).

QUOTE(njan77 @ Sep 28 2010, 07:29 PM)
Hi just wanna ur opinion, I receive a check from Maybank RM5k called as fast cash with intrest free for 6 month but with service charge RM192(3.88%- I assume this is the interst?).
I have no plan to used the money but it is worth for me to take the offer and put it in ASB or unit trust?
I have no problem paying the monthly installment of RM833 fro 6 month.
*
Not worth to put into ASB or UT.

I use straight forward calculation.

3.88% for 6 months then it's 7.76% P.A.

Assumed ASB return 8% P.A, you earn 0.24% P.A only.

Not to say Unit trust as the return is not guaranteed (might be negative) and their service charge is high.

Hi

This morning i got a call from this LPS Marketing. They offer restructuring of my cc outstanding. I was wondering whether this company is ah long company? They said they are outsource from bank. Here's the number 03-7782 6116 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              03-7782 6116      end_of_the_skype_highlighting. I did not ask too much as i'm not interested.
*
I think they are not from bank as they are marketing company that help those Licensed Money Lender to get potential customer. Maybe you can get their actual company name (not LPS) that offering the service and then check from internet about their background.

Please offer and PM me for details.

I don't think there is personal loan of 150k for employee of private company. You may get up to 200k (high salary) if you are government servant.
