that's what I've been doing last week. I started applying for new jobs. Almost 4 months, still got no conformation. It's pretty sad when the dateline for exam registration will be on next week.

Agree or just take one subject at a time. If you use credit card, minimum repayment is RM50. But your interest would accummulate overtime. I think it is better for you to talk to your boss, asking for advance pay perhaps?

Just went to a few banks to enquire on the rates for personal loan during office lunch time just now. Hope I remember it all :

RHB : At least 11.74% per annum. You may borrow up to 5 times your gross salary without a guarantor. They have 2 tiers, and from what I understand, the shorter your loan tenure, the lower the interest rates. But the lowest you can go is 11.74%. You may get 3.xx% if your loan amount is more than RM100k.

BSN : 3.5% I think, and if you are a working for a private company, your salary must be at least RM6000 per month

Hong Leong : 1% per month, 12% per annum. If you pay promptly for 7 months, you will get 20% cash back.

MBB : Didn't ask

Public bank : Only for civil servants. Didn't ask about the rate

CIMB : 8.88% per annum

Bank Rakyat : 3.25%. Only for civil servants or if your company is in their list of panel companies.

Bank Islam : Tenure for 1-3 years : 6.0%, 4-8yrs : 6.8%, 9-10 yrs : 7.0%

Hope this helps!

I try Personal Loan from RHB / CIMB / Standard Charted = All rejected

Probably is because I don't have any records with the banks thus they consider me as high risk.

I manage to get a CIMB credit card tho.

My pay is 1.7k but cannot get a 4k PL also blink.gif

If you take hong leong's loan of 12% per annum and then plus the 20% savings cash back, your interest rate will be 9.6% if your calculate. This is wat the bank staff said

Hi , i wanna ask anyone tried the RHB Easy-Pinjaman Ekspres ??

How does it work ? the website says :

No documentation required
On-the-spot approval and disbursement in less than 10 minutes
Flexible Personal Financing amounts from RM2,000 to RM50,000
Low monthly installment amount from less than RM60 per month
Flexible loan repayment tenure of up to 5 years (60 months)

Is it true ?

hi xenxenxen

yup Easy personal loan process only takes less 10 min to know the result. nod.gif nod.gif

actually there are 3 ways to apply. but the fastest and highest amount u can get is by using credit card as ur document (active card and used more than 1year).

Care to call or sms me 019-2335144 (Liza) for more inquiries.

hi guys,

i would like to ask if only need around RM2k-3k cash, is it better to get PL or direct using cc to get it.

fyi: i never hold any cc, most of the time debit card, and also never having a loan.

p/s: the rhb easy pinjaman express looks good..but is it too good to b true??

thnx~~

EASY Rhb Pinjaman Ekspress is actually the same loan scheme with RHB personal loan. The difference is only instant approval and no documentation required for credit card holders.

As much as you love Bank Islam, RM497 monthly on a RM1600 salary is already 30%. That hurts your chances greatly.

I'd try to change job or postpone the ACCA since you really cant afford it.

Stretch the repayment period to maximum - 9 years.
Then, buy the cheapest reliable car. Seriously, driving good car but low salary does not make you look good when you can't even eat out properly. After all, the car is a liability, much like luxury. As a junior accountant exec, you should know that clearly.
