I need quick 50k which I will be able to fully settle in next 2 month, based on my scenario, anyone knows which bank offers the best rate?

thanks.
*
i believe most of the bank will not offer as they got their minimum tenure for personal loan...for HSBC, we request for 3 months notice (no panalty) o if really want to settle immediately, panalty: 3 months interest...by the way, i am working with HSBC, as a financial guide...012-7624526 thumbup.gif

hi guys,
i got a small predicament here that need some opinion. my family have been customers of Hong Leong Bank for 17 years. recently my mom applied a personal loan to do some renovation work of our new house but was turned down after a week (the ads say approval within 48 hrs!). they turned down our application just because my dad was an offshore worker. the eligibility in HLB's website did not mention anything about what sort of profession you do that will ensure your approval. we are quite disappointed given the fact that we were regular customers of 17 years, and we fulfill ALL the criterias outlined before applying.

did anyone experienced similar incident?

any response appreciated. cheers
*
Hi, i m adiLee from HSBC...from my experience, ads says 48hrs approval is if they can done all the neccessory verification n the agent o staff submit the application on time. I not sure how HLB offer, but for HSBC,we do offer personal loan for offshore staff or engineer...few of my customers are working in that field oso..

but then my application got rejected by OCBC bcos i'm a contract worker, albeit with a large MNC.

any bank with higher approval rate than this bank? i'm looking at alliance islamic, rhb islamic and al-rajhi currently.

hi..i'm adiLee from HSBC... laugh.gif
some of my customers get approved even they r contract worker, but i cant promise is sure approved...however, may try apply sonce doc required are same,so wont waste ur waiting time..
actually the best thing if apply with HSBC is, if loan approved, u may choose don wan take and there wil be NO penalty on you (will auto cancel ur application if u din use the money within 45 days)... nod.gif
that is one of the reason tat many of my customer they apply cos don wan wasting time waiting one bank n another...
my contact number is 012-7624526...
i normally only online at night...so hope u may sms me so that i can contact u... tongue.gif
hope can provide u my service..

Still working in HL? just enquiries, I work in one of the private company in KL, with salary RM2500 per month. can I get a PL up to 30K. tks

Added on December 15, 2009, 2:22 pmWhich bank can offer loan up to 20K to 30K? as my salary only RM2500 per month? Anyone can help?
*
for private sector, is very hard for you to get RM20-30k loan if your salary is RM2500,cos normally is up to x6 of your salary...
my suggestion would be mayb u may try apply with few banks, and see which bank approve for the better offer.
As for HSBC, customer have 45 days to decide whether want to accept the loan o not (if approved). There wil be NO penalty if you decide don take it, and your CCRIS record wil be no "paid after due date" record as it is automatic debit from the financing amount for the 1st installment and auto cancellation after 45days...
few of my customers from this forum applied and din take the loan... smile.gif

I thought we have no obligation to accept the loan even it's approved or not mah right?

Or maybe you're saying HSBC provide customer 45 days instead of the standard 7 days, IINM tongue.gif
*
let me give you an example,
lets say loan is approved on 1/12 and the money will credited to your account on the same day...therefore, your 1st installment would be on 1/1 (standard la...><)...

if you withdraw the money before 1/1,you get full amount (as NO any charges)...
if you withdraw the money after 1/1,you get full amount minus 1st installment...

if lets say you don wan the loan (mayb u got better offer or got other solution), system wil auto "pay" the 1st installment by debeting the money in the account...and if after 45days, you still never touch the money (don take ATM card also), the system wil auto cancel the loan and close the account...
therefore, due to your 1st installment is auto paid by the system, so your CCRIS record will be nice payment record, and after auto cancellation, bank will uplift the loan from CCRIS.

Are you implying that if we applied a loan and never accept it once approved, we will have a bad CCRIS record?
And this is the first time I hear that the loan will go directly into your account immediately once the loan is approved.
*
for HSBC, the money is directly credited to ur account (must be HSBC account) once approved...if don believe, u may go any HSBC ask...thanks.. smile.gif
