I'm so letih wait of Amansiara to complete. Even condo near Kepong Sentral already get the CF.

I'm already booked the house since 1995 at PWTC before launch. So many promises that they told us, dari nak lock the price lah but then the price naik juga, then tunnel lah, flyover lah, private school lah, but satu pun tak nampak.

Now the quality of house look so bad... frust sgt!!!

But need to close the ear and eyes laa n pray for the house complate soon. Hope that we all can get the key on December 08 (kalau boleh semua sekali serentakkkk - Phase 1,2 n 3) possible ke?

If you read thru this topic from beginning till end, I "tried" to plan one but seems like most of us here r shy. Well I did met with bigrivierian in our "first" gathering. If we started a proper gathering of some sort half year ago, by this time, we might have made some impact now on the outcome of the construction quality/progress now. But better late than never.

Yesterday, Wirama staff, Ms. Wong ask me to proceed payment faster for stage 2(b) . Lastly, I ask her " Is Amansiara going to build the flyover ? " . She reply me : " Yes ! ".

I think if we take her word , Amansiaran should be don't worry.. about the U-turn ...

the million $$ question is, WHEN? 2 years after phase 1 handoveR? 5 years? 10 years?

Aiks.. how come Wirama called in to "chase" you for progress payment? all these while its automated for me. Received progress letter, asking for payment. then days later, received bank letter telling payment been disbursed. no need me followup

You're rite Alan, maybe we shall get a letter or email response from Wirama on the flyover delivery date.

I think its best if we write in to the developer askg bout the flyover and the so called 'man made stream' and get them to revert back in writing.

BTW, wat happened to the proposed gathering. Does it just died? hahah

If im not mistaken, we got 2 pcs of card for each unit, and each additional card cost RM50. But im not sure its normal touch card barrier or smart tag barrier for us, anyone notice bout it on the guardhouse barrier??

yes i agreed, write in 1st and get the developer reply letter , then v have "black and white" letter as supporting evidence better than "oral", to confirm that whether the flyover built in future and date of completed.

Ya, I also agree on writing to the developer first for their written reply, but we need to find someone that able to write a nice formal letter containing all the issues that we discuss here. And that someone I think should be the president of our unofficial Aman Siara Owners Association ( ASOA ). I think for the upcoming get together, someone must be nominated, not to waste time anymore...
