hi neighbors !

i am newbie to this thread, bought phase II level 4 smile.gif

Anybody know, when is exactly the completion date for the phase 2? last time, when we decided to buy the house early last year, our agent said it will be complete --> end of 2008. but, some said, end of 2009. anybody got any idea when is it actually?

and, i didn't get any of letter of progress from developer since the 10% of the progress.
will call them tomorrow ask for the letter. unsure.gif

I just rcv a letter from the developer that progress report is at 35% rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif (RC works) so that means they will start brickworks later for my house, thumbup.gif
As Im using government loans, the developer should receives another 20% loan from the gov, so my question is how can I be sure they receive it on time (21 days) before the interest will be charge other than calling them laa.. sweat.gif

Hi all, i've created a blog at http://amansiara.blogspot.com/. rclxms.gif This blog will mainly focus to give updates on the development of Amansiara townhouse, it's by no means to replace this here forums, just another venue to get the updates, there will even be an outside link to this forums biggrin.gif.

So I was wondering if the owner of all the photos here (allanyuppie, davidmay etc) willing to give me permission to put the piccies on the blog? blush.gif tongue.gif

I'm planning for the blog to grow as a community-based information venue where the owner's of the property there can get any info whenever they needed to. thumbup.gif Of course if looking by the current status it doesn't look like it tongue.gif So I need a few moderators for the blog, any takers? icon_question.gif
