omigod....we cannot do anything to the porch...me too cannot live with those ugly railings, visible cablings on top and without dustbin area!! where the hxxx am i going to dump the bodies of the developer ppl im going to slaughter!!!

From the photos weeks ago and also the latest ones...I cannot stop thinking about why our houses look cheap. I remembered that all of us bought a medium cost house, definately not a government subsidised low cost project that the buyers cannot complain much.

With so many ugly things being noticed from the photos, I am thinking should I be thankful to the developer for finishing the houses or not for completing them not in tasteful manners.

Is there no more good developers around or we can only get them when we buy those half a million house that developers all are rushing to build nowadays.

from the photos....seems like now the actual house and the showhouse differ so much in terms of size...now the actual bathroom, kitchen are smaller!!!!

Ya, I also agree on writing to the developer first for their written reply, but we need to find someone that able to write a nice formal letter containing all the issues that we discuss here. And that someone I think should be the president of our unofficial Aman Siara Owners Association ( ASOA ). I think for the upcoming get together, someone must be nominated, not to waste time anymore...

My agreement signed in Mar....and I haven't receive the letter....so i presume that all those that received letters all those signed in Jan...correct?

So I really hope those of you that got the key please help us that haven't, to fight on behalf of all of everybody. Let us all come together and fight this evil developer.

Base on the photos alone, I already make it as my conviction to bad mouth this developer to everyone that I know.

I really want to join even I still haven't receive the letter to collect key. But since I won't be in town, please update us ( those that still in dark )after you guys meet....I will definately joint any committee to fight!!!

AND I REALLY WANT TO REAR DOGS!!!!! It is my lifetime dream to have a bull terrier ( although its a banned dog I think )...hence this stupid rule really sicken me. Maybe like the others, I will inherit the tortoises that my mother are rearing and put them at my new house.

I've been told since the house is complete, it is good time to refinance it so that can get back some cash to use for renovation. Anybody doing this? Can teach a bit?

yaya...this is one of my big concern too...stupid developer with brain made of rubbish build houses without place to put dustbin...maybe we should throw our rubbish every morning at management office before going to work

Thats what I have been saying all along...this fxxxking developer should be cursed for 7 keturunan...but seems like there are still many that still think the developer is doing a good job.

We must all stand united and bad mouth this developer since Malaysia property scenario is always not on the buyer side.

Again I curse the directors of this firm to bear children without backsides for 7 generations!!!!!

Bro, yes I agree with you that cursing wont helps but it is my right and my way to release my frustration. You may find that you are getting your money worth from this developer but I think most of the owners are not too happy.

I have made my lowest expectation from this developer 3 years ago when I signed for this project and already take the calculated risk into my considerations at that time. But now the outcome is simply too much to bear.

Ya, there are many other projects that are worse than ours and I do feel blessed when my house is completed without the developer running away. But we are paying for something substandard here. Let just focus on our taman and not other failed projects.

And, as the directors of a company, I think it is their duties and responsibilities to make sure their company products and services are consistent with what being promised to the customers. SO THEY ARE OUGHT TO BE CURSED or SUED ( in a more professional manner hahahaha ).

Since you have been reading so much on property ( I do sometimes envy your knowledge on this matter ), what is the percentage that house owners often triumph over those evil developers. From what I knew, there are so much victims out there that simply do not have any means to fight the developers. These evil people most of them just get away with it by just shutting down the company and open another one. Malaysia judiciary system are just not good enough to govern and monitor this matter, there are so much loopholes for the developers to get away.

There will be house buyers everyday and these bad developers will build more houses. For those future buyers, who is going to them to be careful of this kinda developer, if we victims do not go around and tell the world about their wrongdoings to us. You may like your house and recommend this developer to your friends, it is your choice. But I do can badmouth them so they won't be more future victims.

And much have been said on setting up a committee, be united to discuss the problems with the developer..but where is the committee. If I remember correctly, there were some meetings organised but a lot of ppl failed to turn up because of their personal commitments and timing not right. If there is already one, I will be queuing up to become a member of this. Maybe you alanyuppie can be the leader for this group since you have vast knowledge on this, but if I remember correctly again, ppl have voted for you but you just denied the offer.

So now....there is no committee, no leader...so what should we do, everything just falls back to ourselves.

So to those that still have their 'feel good' feeling about their house...go on...continue to be happy. And for those that are 'aligned' with the developer, go on and spread the news on how wonderful this developer is and help them sell more houses ( maybe you guys are related or simply you work for them and camouflage to be a owner just to check on other owners view ) For me, I will continue feel my anger and badmouth them as much as I want.

Note : I have just walked to my unit and found that may car porch is one of those sloppy one...haiiiii....will the developer fix this???
