I bought phase 1 level 4. no. 121D.

It's right developer want handover phase 1 on this August, cam tak caya jek? Anyone confirm please. 

We already doing some survey of renov work, such as plaster ceiling & lighting.  For kitchen cabinet still seaching don't where is the best   

When is the actual date of this exhibition, ada juga tengok banner on the road but not aware lak hihihi...

I think kan Sabrina, for u in level 4 the security u need tekankan is pintu bawah+alarm system the rest tu maybe no need kot.

No news of this flyover.  Rasa2 macam tak de lah, what we need to do is make U turn at Templer Park (beside banglo on the left side tu)

if no flyover just imagine how bad the tracfic like previously at damansara damai junction at peak hours...silap2 boleh jadi gaduh woo..

I bought a unit phase 1. Still wondering when I can move in. I visited the place few times. Of course the jaga wont let me in. The farthest I managed to went in was around 500 meters. Managed to get a glimpse on my unit. Hope amansiara would be a great place and neighborhood to live in.

Dear All,

I was up at amansiara yesterday and took very close up pictures.  Have just e-mailed to our good friend Allan Yuppie whom I am asking for help uploading them here.  My observation :

1)  Nice street lights
2)  Nice road going up and saw contractors working on the barrier for the guard house.
3)  The whole area looks serene.
4)  Close up of the units it looks small but this is normal because it's still empty.
5)  Roof kinda low
6) You guys remembr the store room the 1st floor and 2 nd floor buyers get.  Well the door is not full height but it's abiout 3.5 feet tall only.
7) I think I saw the shorter units so the porch fits my  X trail front to end quite tight if I must say.  Those who got the 80' length should eb luckier.
8) If you look at one of the pictures the split level at the gate can be dangerous if you manouvere your car in and out.  This is because there is a sharp drop.
9)  There is a post box but no dustbin area.  At this time and age i think this is dissapointing.
10)  The kitchen grill over looking at the neighbours porch is quote "Bare' for Ph 1 units. 
11)  The main door looks good but the width is not 4 feet as informed by my SA.  it looks more like 2.5 Feet.  It's okay though for me as I have level 4 unti which means I get a wider kitchen.
12)  Anyone with more cars, it's going to be a nightmare.

The add goes by the unit purchased and those on the 4th floor get the unit number as XXX - 4 which may not appeal to some.

Good question Sarah,

Use a 4wd and behave like an engineer.  That's what I did.  Anyway was asked to leave when they asked where I am from.  it was funny though as my friend (whome you can see in the pic) freak a little.

1 question though, for phase 1 lvl 4, the bedroom n master bedroom is it both got sliding doors or 1 sliding doors n 1 normal door? 
cos at the show house show both sliding doors..

They also no allow us go in ! I think we hav 2 gather at one day and try to go in together..hehe
If anyone can enter the house , could you please take the photo for ground, 3rd and 4th floor unit ?( since rayman post the picture of 2nd flr)
