ok...leadmont project is never in cheras, it is in balakong but they use cheras name coz do u guys know where it is cheras bt 13, it is just next to balakong but no way thru...it is like if u look from the sky it is neighbour but in reality it is no access.....like amansiara@jln ipoh la, does amansiara really at jln ipoh?

ok...let me tell u the experience, i bought a townhouse in tmn bkt emas, it is facing the slope coz the whole tmn bkt emas is a bit high up land not hilly as amansiara of coz....anybody here know karumas? we r next to it, we were promised by their sales agent (by the way leadmont never use their own sales staff, they all engaged agent so  if agent give any info they can easily deny it), behind our house has 20ft extra land  to use, we believed and the land is not stated in spa coz they said this land does not belong to the house owner but we can utilize it, so we believe.

but when house delivered to us, we found that the so called 20ft extra land stated in brouchure is cheating, there is a land between 2 rolls of houses back to back but it never be flat, meaning behind my house is a higher land 3 ft higher than my behind roll, it is up and down. imagine if u open ur door behind ur hse, no fencing, only a wooden door, go out only hv 2 ft land that means u can stand there, then a slope of 3 ft high, does it pose a dangerous to ur small little kids? will u let them play at the so call 20 ft extra land ( a never flat land but a slope)? but it really stated in the brouchure during selling time.

More to be continue.... I will reveal what is the problem, then later i will let u guys know what i hv experience with them, and u guys be prepared, u will be facing the same as me...coz i hv made a thorough study on this developer.....a scandal i would call....the law will never protect us as a buyer, much the govt cannot do.

Added on November 12, 2008, 5:52 pmwhen i collect my key, let me tell u what had happened, the big high slope is in front of my house, only 12ft away, no retention wall, nothing...

imagine if heavy rain pour, the land erosion happen, can u imagine what will happen?

the road serving to our house is only 12 ft, how small it is, let me tell u, the road is 1 way road, i m so pity my neighbour who is the corner house of the roll, they cant have enough turning point to go into their house, so what they hv to do, they hv to drive a bit futher , use reverse to enter into their house, and as u know, the townhouse gate is only 11ft wide, so u must hv a very good parking skill in order to park into ur house. imagine if u want to do this everyday.....

nobody dare to move in, due to the slope and narrow road, so one of our neighbour went to mpkj to made a complain, the developer has no choice but to widen the road, so now we have a slightly widen road,,,,approx 16 ft.... that is all d govt can do!!!

Added on November 12, 2008, 5:58 pmso amansiara buyer here, if the road in front of ur hse is 30ft width, then i hv to say sorry to u, the 30 ft is gate to gate, meaning to say that ur roll of house gate and ur opposite hse gate is only 30 ft, then cut off the buffer for trees and lamp post to be planted left with how much wide? can u imagine? u will not have buffer zone to park ur 2nd car in front of ur hse, u will block ur neighbour if u do so, so where r u going to park ur 2nd or 3rd car? ( this is for phase 2 & 3 buyer)

ok, mayb some of u think why i talk so much here, all bad point and no good thing, if i offended u i m sorry but this is the fact i experience, it is more bad thing to go but i think it is enough for the day, i will tell u guys more tomorrow......coz i m also one of the victim, i wish i can share with u guys my nightmare and u will be prepared when u get ur house, be prepared on how to fight with this developer, that will be a long battle, believe me, coz i been thru, it is painful, i spent my whole life $$ to buy a dream house, a home anfd yet cheated by bad irresponsible developer, they get rich with our hard earn money and left us with suffer and tear......

well, today i had go to the site around 4.30pm, the guard still not allowing us to go in .... i also see 2 cars which are there hope can go in and have a look on the progress.... but finally have to go upset 

is it we need to wait for the main road to complete or wait for them pass the key then we just have permission to go in?? even the guard not let us to walk into the site...... y so secured ya, normally a construction wont secured until this..... got gold inside ?? 

Nuwaira, i agree with alan.... more toll more fast... but selayang to putrajaya really quite a far range... u working there?? u need to waste toll, petrol, and time  if u travel like this everyday....

not me..my hubby he's workin in putrajaya..but he seldom goes to his office....only when he needs to prepare somethg or collect docs.

I know you are telling us your experience and all. but I'm just trying to clear things up which doesn't make sense. its a discussion forum. there are always 2 sides of things. Please don't feel sad or offended.
