Today , I drive to Selayang Mall . Very surprise to see new bunting for Amansiara Phase III around Selayang Mall till the Amansiara site. I think the developer open sales for some units that the purchaser failed to get housing loan from bank. According to the bunting , the sales price is now RM203,880 . Already up aprroximately 20K . luckily we purchase earlier .

Anybody wish to purchase another unit....still got chance...hehe please call the developer office to confirm the unit location.

Its the problem for Level 1 actually. When thief managed to climb onto the roof and "drop" himself down, it will be all the way to Level 1, where there is A DOOR to the smallest bedroom. unless he has a good grasp and hang on to L2 to L4 window, and aimed to break into them.

Hi guys, long time didn't enter the forum..Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Fitri to all. I'm very2 apologize to those who was asking me the quotation to renovate their house which is i not reply until now. Actually i did pass to my id designer floor layout for all level of phase 1, but until today he didn't come back to me. I don't want to push him coz u know..i'm only ask him to help only. Right now i also do not confirm what is the final layout for my unit. Wait and see le, i'm prefer get the key and enter the house first to get the exact dimension and clear picture of the house b4 plan anything.

By the way, for those who worried about the flyover, since i pass the main road there everyday, i saw they construct the "Left In Left Out Junction" only, so definitely there are no flyover. But i think don't worry coz if you want to drive toward KL, the U turn is about 1 km away (At Templer Saujana), just b4 Shell templer park, and the road now is dual carriageway and no more jam there. We only have to allow less than 10 mins. to make a U-turn. So for me it is small matter.

i know there is 1km U-turn to KL , so do you think that if many cars make a U -Turn at the same times especially at morning all of us rushing to work, i think will jam like crazy.May be for Phase I owners first year may not facing such traffic jam problem but after Phase II and Phase III all handover the situation may become worst.

I am not happy that if the developer not to develop the flyover . I heard rumous >> Firstly , the developer is planned to develop the underpass exit to KL for Amansiara ppl . Since , there is a very costly to build the underpass and out of their budget. They changed to the flyover exit. The sales exe also told me that they will build the flyover when I purchased the unit. If they really want to cancel the development of flyover , i think they should put that $$$ on the upgrading of Amansiara environment and facilities. Example , enlarge the garden area with more jogging track , add ATM machine corner ( new idea ) ,etc .
Anyhow , I heard that the flyover is not cancelled and just pending , waiting for government to approve ( Info from one of the forum member , is ti true ? I am not sure )

Guess this's the left in, left out junction that zba mention, two lanes on both side I suppose.
Just went there this morning, but not allowed to enter....
Entrance had been blocked....



Looks like the ugly fences is everywhere, including Selayang Heights, our friendly neighbour.
But even their colour is nicer, isn't it???

If the developer hand over the Phase 1 units to purchasers on Dec08 or Feb09 , I guess there is a chance for Phase II and Phase III purchasers to enter Amansiara to view their actual units.....

Yes i know, but with flyover i think jam is more worst, coz if they built flyover there, it must be intergrated with selayang height junction (normally authorities want it), so this flyover became similar to Taman Melati one (with traffic light coz of space limitation), and with traffic light u can image where all the car will que in the morning.

I think all of us will hope to avoid the traffic jam, no matter use the 1km U-turn or the flyover. But if with the flyover, at least we have 2 option when go to KL, right? This also can divide the traffic to 2 and slow down the congestion. I do hope developer can keep their promise to built a flyover for us. One of the reason I'm buying amansiara is coz by the flyover.

Also congratulation to phase I owner for will get the house key soon.

yes i agreed with flyover we have 2 way go to kl , therefore we also save time directly from amasiara to kl just use the flyover and non need waste ours 1o minute make a u turn at 1km.

Hallo guys, i want to make some correction here, where the nearest U-turn is about 2.7km not 1km as mention earlier. Check this google earth picture. I measure from there. Quite far huhh!! if times two is 5.4 km
