i saw so many talk about phase III,mine is phase I 63D.. is anybody near me..gud to know u all. mine progess reach 80%. |

last 2 week i went to site pretending hv to met somebody up there,but the guard wont allowed.meanwhile "wait someone" i borak2 with the guard.he said that was a clubhouse and the swimming pool is at 2nd floor..wa!!! sounds like pusat akuatik negara???n flyover also will be build cos a few days b4,there a peple from jkr went to check the area to propose flyover..n last thing he said phase 1 handover will late for 1 month..end of january..

do not rely on leadmont staff...from the post i read,it is must be something wrong about fly over..ada ke tarak??? |

im still remember the salesperson told me that its service charge + clubhouse will free 1st year of vacant.now it differrent!!ini yg buat i betul2 tensen.
pulak tu nak kena bayar rm1.2k++ nak cash/chq lagi.. SnP stated 3 month +1 deposit..skg sudah lain..memang boleh mendatangkan marah ni.!! about whom got their VP,i think dapat VP je la..cannot move cos no CF. thts bcos vendor can escape from LAD.macam wayang sajala itu surat.sent VP letter by batch meaned sape dah nak due date dalam SnP dptla surat..better u all ask n discuss precisely about these wit vendor. byk hiding ni.. Nuwaira u r my nearest neighbour..u r 62c and mine is 63d.. parking same level.. |

to fast update yesterday n today.here my summray.. -deposit for both electricity n water shld be paid by everyone early 2007.so i dont know if there still hav anymore payment ragrdg this isue. -acces card shuld be 2 not 1.as many buyer have been told by salesperson there r 2 cards will given( verbal promise je la,SnP im not sure ada state ke tak ). Rm50 for extra card is the way to make money. -better amik ur key cos amik ke tak 14days has begun from the date of VP issued. -1 hour with the staff to check randomly meaned b4 u vacant it.so nak masuk pun cek la dulu any defect naked eye bleh nampak.wirama staff will help in any ur comment. -within 18month any deffect while u vacant the house,u can write down to them,within 14 days they shuld act by ur report,if not dev kena LAD -about 12+1 plan very attractive,but need to hav black n white lor..bukan air liur saje.stkat ckp ,penjual ubat kuat lagi ayat power maa.. -clubhouse sould be free, starting it can b used,not starting the payment being paid.ini kena retified betul2..nampak sgt not fair !buat free kalau tak bleh guna,very stupid that one! -VP letter shuld ada CF dari PBT.(dalam SnP ada stated) Added on January 7, 2009, 11:19 pmnuwaira.. im signed at 6/04/06 so maybe third batch kot.. ist better sent by batch tak le havoc sgt.. so ada info from 1st batch This post has been edited by dee_zoul: Jan 7 2009, 11:19 PM |

mana bleh park luar nak jalan jauh masuk dlm..stupid what? and i think for those who got ridiculous answer tu maybe itu bukan jawapan for overall..must be ada exception. anyway "WE" hav to discuss wit dev and prepare wit a solution for this isue.. |
