QUOTE(sHawTY @ Oct 29 2019, 05:02 PM) For quite some time actually Why annoying? My comments have impacted your sales, TM ambassador?Kinda annoying to be frank I wonder if he actually got dedak to be so defensive about an ISP FYI I'm using TM Unifi myself now at home. For close to 10 years until just 1st half of this year, I've been paying faithfully RM169 for 10M until I decided to complaint at TM Point to have it lowered to RM89 without the bundled phone calls and TV. Made the biggest mistake continuing with TM Unifi, should have just waited a few more months probably I'm now on Celcom or Maxis. I should've not trusted this dishonest company, they quietly changed the early termination plan from one time RM500 into this remaining months nonsense. Never again I'll TRUST this damn company which blocks you if you post too much complains at their FB page. Want to monopolize Malaysian 5G airspace? Dream on idiots! |

Not fair! some stories behind, my account supposed entitle 800Mbps upgrade (use to be RM179 50Mbps in 2017 then +10 become RM189 100Mbps from Oct 2017) could be they done it wrongly i complaint MCMC last Sept 2018, mentioned why my TM bills have Ruby + Ultimate which is RM30 + RM90 (actually this total RM90 is inside RM189 100Mbps) then Oct 2018 TM call me said REFUND me RM300 (10 months x RM30) for hypptv overcharge, well they really refunded me RM300 to my unifi account and upgrade me to 500Mbps, adjusted to RM99 a month, 104.xx after 6%, then with -300 inside, 2 months+ i didnt pay from Oct to Dec 2018 since Oct 2018, i get RM300 back and RM99 til now.... save RM100 a month (use to be RM189+6%) my HyppTV contract ended this month, i just check with live chat last few days, should i request terminate and get -RM60 end of story This post has been edited by vez: Oct 29 2019, 08:43 PM |

Pls. hope some newspaper editor or reporter here take screenshots of these bills and publicize them in the papers.
We demand an explanation from TM for all this billing mess they created. I guess they have one of the most messed up billing system among all ISPs in Malaysia. Always changing plans, even their own staffs sometimes can't even catch up with the changes and they can never confirm it with their customers. Why was their TURBO plan so restricted and limited in public information? Why they only ran the program temporarily and quietly to just a small pool of users? How come eventually they didn't opened up the 500M and 800M plans at affordable rates to their home customers? I live in a highly dense populated area in Menjalara Kepong where Desa Park City is just by walking distance. How come my building has been stuck with miserable VDSL2 upto 30M for over 10 years? My building has more than close to 100% ports takeup rate for HSBB. Why? |

QUOTE(Candy12 @ Oct 29 2019, 09:03 PM) Why would they penalize or punish their ambassadors for helping them promote their services? Your sarcasm doesn't work with me. Try harder. Who knows maybe you'll be their next candidate for their Super VIP 1Gbps plan next year for RM89? Not happy with TM? Pay penalty and get over it, we can't do anything for you. |

QUOTE(Alpha_Tay @ Oct 29 2019, 09:33 PM) 2 fibre cable Connector to connect both fibre cable Photo Uploaded It's black cable with steel wire support in it all the way from the FDP box on your telephone pole all the way to the back of the modem.there is at least 2 case i have seen with my own eye, that unifi installation at different Shop Lot Biz Area, Black fibre cable was coming from front Entrance through wall, but before the fibre cable through the wall, there's 2 fibre cable Connector to connect both fibre cable, i would provide the photo later if i found it. They just cut the fibre cable from the drum, attached connectors at both ends by stripping of the sheath using a wire stripper and place the exposed fibre strand into the connector. What a cheap 3rd world way of doing things. The correct method which 1st world countries do usually is pull the black 2-core wire into your house(1 strand for spare) use fusion splicing to terminate it in a FWS(wall socket) with 2 ports then use the internal patch 3M/Fujikura fibre to wire up your ONT. The wholesale provider only wires up to the FWS(wall socket) and your preferred ISP will connect the patch fibre from the FWS to their own ONT and then the router which they supply. TNB's open network will work like this some day. They only handle the passive fibre all the way to your wall socket from there your ISP will do the litting and use their own ONT. As you can see the OpenNet wall socket supplied by the wholesale company in SG has 2 ready ports one as spare: ![]() Your ISP/retail service providers will supply their own ONTs and routers to get you connected.
