And my IPTV (Ultimate Pack) costs more than High Speed Internet?
Is RM20 for Residential Voice reasonable?
I am not using Unifi TV at all.

QUOTE(mr-2 @ Jul 27 2019, 06:22 PM) Anyone having slow connection issue with Turbo Unifi. I am on 300Mbps Turbo Unifi and I got this speedtest result at my place. I am on 500Mbps but recently past week speedtest only get 130Mbps. Look like capped. I use to get about 380-400mbps download on speedtest with direct connection with 1Gbps lan. Now seem impossible. My area is PJ section 17. ![]() |

QUOTE(cba5566 @ Oct 28 2019, 10:15 AM) I have question regarding Unifi cordless telephone Motorola C1001LA ... TEL1 and TEL2 ports are on the BTU, not on the router. When tm installer setup something on the Motorola C1001LA ... i informed him my mom don't know how to use cordless phone or smartphone and asked we want to used back the house telephone. So he stop on the moto C1001LA and connect the house telephone on TEL1 port. tplink Archer C1200 router support to use TEL1 and TEL2 ports use at the same time ? If so , where to enable the TEL2 port on the router ... so that i can connect moto C1001LA to TEL2 port . Thanks. |

![]() Just curious. I know there are many 300 Mbps Turbo Upgrade 2018 users paying RM139 before service tax. Is there anyone paying only RM129 (RM136.75 with tax) like me? |

My 300Mbps Super Value YEP 2019 was just activated this morning.
There are 100% discounts shown for Residential Voice, Internet and HyppTV. What does it mean? Also my Internet Promo Discount was increased from RM130 to RM150. What does it mean again? Previously my 300 Mbps Turbo Upgrade 2018 package cost me RM129. I have no idea what the YEP package price will be come Jan 2020. ![]() |

QUOTE(soonwai @ Nov 1 2019, 06:49 PM) The 100% discounts are for Oct, Nov & Dec. Come Jan 2020, that'll be removed and we'll go back to the Promo Discounts. Thanks for the clarification, fellow Sungai Long resident. Promo Discount increased by RM20 and your internet should also be increased by RM20 so they'll cancel out. You'll be paying the same price as you were before YEP activation. Unless TM forgets to remove the 100% discount. Anyway, that's what I understand will happen. I'll double confirm with my ambassador program supervisor when I have the chance. Who is your ambassador program supervisor? |
