if next day dropped to 4.89 or 4.88, then no big deal, hard to know who give u 3 or 4 star...

here is a tip. even after you've started the trip by pressing pickup, you can call CS to cxl the trip for situations like this.

if 1 day u encounter few issue like above... congratez next day rating sure drop

but rating are not important unless u aiming for GCplus, need 4.85 above

rating 4.70 or 5.00 still kena warning/suspend or perma ban if passenger file complain

In any partnership or contractor workmanship, there should be a fair contractual agreement for fees render for service and time frame for both parties. any changes would be and should be resulting for the termination of such agreement. This applies to either labour or housing laws in Malaysia.

Those who to have someone fighting for their rights, can try to join this driver association. Joining fees was only 1-2 ringgit.

By the way, I am not sure how effective or active they are currently but they seems actives in social media. Hopefully we finally can get at least one driver association to represent us or at least put certain thing in favor of the drivers.

Wont be surprise too if they revised down senyap2 the MP, UP, P AA rate too in future.

Many attempts to boycott in the past always failed because according to some drivers,dapur tak berasap. Not only we failed to boycott Grab, but now Grab boycott us by giving priority ping to taxi under justgrab.

Hopefully this association is stronger than GDMA. Perhaps this new association can learn a few tricks from botak and shoot Anthony Loke everyday until he comes back to his senses.

If laws and orders are being disregarded by the Crap , it should be looked into by the various gomen ministries , not just from YB Loke ministry who goes under the pressure of taxi fellas to go after e hailing drivers because they are not represented by groupies.

It should be the concern from Minister of Women, Family and Community Development headed by YB Wan Azizah as the drivers comes from her category while it should also be the responsibility of YB Kulasegaran who is the Minister of Human Resources and perhaps YB Gobsingh since it is ehailing which is under Minister of Communication and Multimedia. They have to be awaken and look into the issues where they are voted in with these responsibilities from Yang Berhormat to Yang Berkhidmat

Let it be known the voting public is concerned about the state of safety and welfare from drivers to riders. All actions should be done without fears and favors to provide decent transportation to the public, from the public , by the public.

I am a part time grabbing riders since last year but I have done my part to educate riders even at the expense of getting 1 star ratings from riders.

I have had done my part to promote safety from insisting on safety belt and speeding limit unless the guy is having emergency issues like having heart attack or pregnancy. Otherwise, I ask them out of my car and report the issues as such. E hailing is a platform for drivers and riders. In fact, I would educate common courtesy among the students to foreigners especially when I have high ratings to spare like now at 4.98.

The least the part timers could do is to voice thier concerns to the ministries concerned to have their voice heard to thier faces in the facebook or tweeter. Otherwise dun complain when they have issues. ( I have told off non registered voters not to complain about scholarship, crimes or high cost of living to low wages to make MY home a better place. So I salute those who have flew from Downunder to Tiny Spot Spore jam to come back to MY home to vote in spite of peanut jam. In fact, I had a rider who flew 1st class back to Sarawak just to vote because that is the only ticket available. Tabik Spring. )

iSayman, I choose to cook stories in facebook public forums like voice of the rakyat to malaysia reborn which have sizeable members. I can assure you some YB of Yang Berkhidmat read it from time to time. It is thier loss if they dun look at it. Only Jib Bye fellas only read what they wanna to hear from thier lackey fellas sources. What happened next they become Kentucky fried chicken in hot sauce for not looking for right sauces of Rakyat plights and listening to the grouses.
