Riders asking for stop to tapau food is pretty common.

One time a lady asked to stop at a roadside stall to buy goreng food, which she shared with me. I still remember that was one day before GE14, and she told me to vote PH biggrin.gif

Another time a guy tapau noodle. Before reached there he already called the stall owner to prepare the food, so I didn't wait long.

But there are occasions when the riders were absolutely irritating.

In one occasion a Firefly stewardess stopped to buy food, and I waited like 5 minutes. She probably thought she was high class people and could give me instructions.

everytime passenger say want tapau, i tell them got charges

sometime rm3-5, if they agree only i stop.. most of them of no problem

How do we know the rating given by rider?
For example, you mentioned that the rider gave you 1 star only.

yes, cannot really confirmed confirmed but can guess.

say normally i am at 4.90.

next day, if dropped 0.04 to 4.86 sure one rider give u 1 star, u should roughly know who

if next day dropped to 4.89 or 4.88, then no big deal, hard to know who give u 3 or 4 star...

here is a tip. even after you've started the trip by pressing pickup, you can call CS to cxl the trip for situations like this.

by guessing

which passenger ask u go lobby but u insisted wait outside
which passenger requested go atm/tapau/7-11 but u dunwan
which passenger re late n u telling them pls book only when rdy next time
which passenger muka masam when get in ur car
which passenger say hurry up, they re late becoz cancelled by earlier driver
which passenger set wrong pick up point n u take some time to find them
which passenger u try to educate them not to eat/having sex/throw rubbish in ur car
which passenger keep say "infront abit" n u tell them to put proper drop off point
which passenger tell u not use toll but u still using them
which passenger tell u not use certain route becoz roadblock but u still using them

if 1 day u encounter few issue like above... congratez next day rating sure drop

but rating are not important unless u aiming for GCplus, need 4.85 above

rating 4.70 or 5.00 still kena warning/suspend or perma ban if passenger file complain

most important jaga AR n CR.

In any partnership or contractor workmanship, there should be a fair contractual agreement for fees render for service and time frame for both parties. any changes would be and should be resulting for the termination of such agreement. This applies to either labour or housing laws in Malaysia. hmm.gif

How the Crappy can change the terms and condition as to its whims and fancies without notifications like a crab walking sideways without observing the laws? confused.gif

Those who to have someone fighting for their rights, can try to join this driver association. Joining fees was only 1-2 ringgit.

By the way, I am not sure how effective or active they are currently but they seems actives in social media. Hopefully we finally can get at least one driver association to represent us or at least put certain thing in favor of the drivers.
