i want to know whether its easy to request for grab car at around 4am in bangi area? got a flight at 6am.

Sentul was further away from klia....

anyway, can try following methods:

I) discuss with any grabcar drivers during the trip who is pick u up to any location see any of they were keen;
II) post your request in the FB ride sharing advance booking site
iii) if can’t really get drivers and u don’t have too many luggage, go to KL sentral and get erl to klia

u need to check with your coy account to see if they were ok with the manual receipts for offline deals

Wanna ask my friend been temp banned because grab detected he using spoofing location. But he don't modified his phone nor root or have spoofing apps.

Any solution?

He using Lenovo phone

Or, offer some tips
Add maybe RM20, ask driver to key in to other fee, then you have official receipt of fare + tips that can claim back

Bro, I faced the same problem too using Lenovo P2. I got temporary solution while waiting for Grab technical team to respond to my ticket.

1. Create another user on your Android. Setting > Users > create user
2. Then give the new user permission to phone & sms
3. It will create empty user account on your phone
4. Setup using your same gmail account
5. Play store > download Grab driver app
6. It should work now.
7. To change back to your main account just swipe from top (notification bar) and click on the 'user icon' next to setting icon then select your main account.

The problem is, this new account is 'fresh' and will not have all of your previously installed app.

Related to this issue, I'm suspecting the USIM Tools app is the problematic app that is by default installed by the system (even after fresh factory reset) and can't be uninstalled.

Sighh, stupid grab ...

oh.. but in my case i need mpv coz there ll be 5 of us. Kinda risky i think. Hope grab can have a pre-book systen for this situation.

That shouldn't be a big problem.

A friend of mine usually starts driving at 3am in Seksyen 4. He drives an Exora.

Pre-book is better.

I think crap already know the modded kaki using lenovo and starting to hit all lenovo user, seem like they couldn't trace the core problem at all
