I almost forgot this Grab's x'mas gift until the postlaju man called me just now.  The so-called XXL size is this kind of useless stuff.

This Morning just pick a GrabShare job with AA during 8~9AM.
1 pickup at One South and drop at Concord Hotel KL
1 pickup at One South and drop at UCSI Taman Connought.

Route suggested by app was pickup both at 1south > drop UCSI > drop Concore Hotel.

How come these 2 can be sharing the same route.
from 1South to UCSI took about 30+mins
From UCSI to Concore Hotel took about another 40+ mins.

The passenger to Concord Hotel complained all the way after dropped the passenger at UCSI.

Wasting his 30+ minute.

is suprima can use as grab car?

Hi guys, I'm looking to make an advanced booking for my parents that are based in Penang. It will be from Air Itam to Sungai Nibong Bus Terminal. Any driver wanna take up this booking? Or anyone can point me to the right channel for such request?

2 days ago (Saturday) I cancelled a ride (0152hrs) due to rider was at destination point and ask me to buy food at pick-up point and bring up to his/her apartment.

I reported the ride, but my CR is still affected.
Is the grab team not working on weekends? Or is it that they just can’t be bothered about some driver issue?

Last week when i reached my pickup destination,a bunch of middle eastern people waving at me.i lowered the window and asked how many people?he replied 4 and i opened the door.

They entered my car one by one until there were 6 passangers! I asked the guy beside me why more than 4?He replied 4 adults,the other 2 were children and shouldnt be counted.

Wtf...but i explained to him nicely that it is not like that and I cancelled his trip on the spot.He was angry and said he had booked 2 cars before me and was rejected too.So it is understandable why he was so upsetSo,I took some time to teach him how to order Grab 6 seaters.

Grab should realy educate their customers on this.Sometimes even locals are not aware of this issue

Today start of a new week, I got RM189.00 in 6 hours 37 minutes & 213.2KM
Driving time and distance starts from the moment i exit home and ends the moment I reach back home
So that's about RM29 for 6.5 hours. Seems to be consistent since I started doing Grab on January 1
Found a neat app that can track and export the routes I drove, and stoppage analysis too

I auto accept all the way haha so commission is 20%
Anyway I don't count my cost that way. As in, I don't deep dive and calculate per trip. I just count the amount when I top up credit wallet.
So by that logic,
Revenue = Fare + Toll + Cancellation Fee + Bonus
Cost = Petrol + Credit Top Up + TnG Top Up
My car petrol put RM50+- can go 320KM+-, credit top up usually from grabpay fares, and anything to spend on the car I put on credit card so don't have to headache to do the math
So far I'm up RM600++ after 2 weeks. Not like what I was paid before, but I love the shorter hours, sight seeing, and flexibility

I had the vainest rider today...

The PUP was at a condo. The rider messaged me to come to Block A. Block A was just behind the guard house, but the rider was reluctant to walk a few more steps.

After waited for a few minutes, the rider came. She was a mapren lady spotting fiery red hair. Her dress was kinda unusual, but I do not know how to describe it.

She took selfie before getting into my car 

She took the front seat. Immediately she asked me to lower the air-cond temperature, as "Malaysia is very hot". I asked her where she came from. She replied, "Nigeria."

She asked to borrow my phone charger. I had a power bank, so I let her used it.

Then, she lowered the car window, and look at herself in the rear view mirror 

Is it possible for me to be a driver with a 11 year old toyota vios ? Additionally, it's honestly in a tip-top condition.

Good news! Effective 22 January 2019, your Driver Rating will not be affected if passengers rate their trip poorly and indicated a reason that is not attributable to driver-partners. Example: if passengers rate their trip poorly during a GrabShare ride due to behaviour of the matched passenger.

Hi all, I have been quit for grab driver for 1 year.. now I'm back. It seems there is no more hg incentive.. any tips to increase my income for the current time booster incentive?

last night, picked up 3 pax from Saujana Apartment in Damansara Damai to an apartment in Kota Damansara, with fare RM13.

Once almost reach, they suddenly ask me to stop at nearby mamak with reason to tapau food.

Told them they supposed to use multistop, as it is not fair to the driver. As a courtesy, i stop at the mamak shop, and man, that is the worst decision ever!

It took of the pax 10 freaking minutes to get back in the car and just said sorry!

I scold the pax for taking too long, and later drop them off without even saying thank you to them. The pax not even paying extra WTH!! Reported to Grab with negative feedback.

Moving forward, if any pax ask me to stop somewhere, I will just say no with stern face. Don't care about rating anymore <end of rant>
