Stopped by traffic police in Persiaran Surian 30 minutes ago....they caught me speaking on the phone with customer.I apologized and told him i am grab driver,show him the apps and he smiled and let me go.

P/s : btw i saw most them hold a handheld device,probably linked to cctv or something coz i spoke on the phone 200-300m away from roadblock

The low demand since 2019 started maybe caused by the unlimited Rapid pass for RM100.People are shifting to public transport instead of using Grab

fellow drivers,

while grabbing this morning,my car has been knocked from the back by a honda city.i went down to examine the damage,since the exterior of my car is fine and the car owner apologized,I just let her go.

now I realized my car reverse sensor has been damaged.all I have is her plate number(I foolishly didnt take her phone number).based on plate number,am I able to track her down to ask for compensation?

I just fetched a new lembu to Grab Axis business centre yesterday.....told me he is unemployed and plan to drive while looking for job.

Perhaps this year will have many new lembu due to unemployment. Old lembu like me will also keep soldiering on due to no better alternative

I thought we only need e-hailing insurance (currently provided by MSIG and Allianz),Socso, PSV license and Puspakom check (car more than 3 years)

Can elaborate more on this commercial insurance?

My SD not as good as last year but still can get job.Have to wait between 5-20 minutes. My destination is Wangsa Maju and I always try to pass through city center on the way there.

So I guess it depends on destination, timing and bit of luck nowadays. If your destination is white area on the map then gg liao

Week 1 = RM734/(4x6 hours) = RM30.60
Week 2 = RM762/(5x5 hours) = RM30.50

As long as you can averagely gross RM30 and above nowadays,it is considered good

Last week when i reached my pickup destination,a bunch of middle eastern people waving at me.i lowered the window and asked how many people?he replied 4 and i opened the door.

They entered my car one by one until there were 6 passangers! I asked the guy beside me why more than 4?He replied 4 adults,the other 2 were children and shouldnt be counted.

Wtf...but i explained to him nicely that it is not like that and I cancelled his trip on the spot.He was angry and said he had booked 2 cars before me and was rejected too.So it is understandable why he was so upsetSo,I took some time to teach him how to order Grab 6 seaters.

Grab should realy educate their customers on this.Sometimes even locals are not aware of this issue

Grab might as well let them steal from our cash/credit wallet

The plan i received is borrow RM300,pay back RM330 in 8 weeks or RM336 for 12 weeks

Grab = legal loan shark.they can compound 10% interest every quarterly.credit card compound interest pun kalah

But i suspect many drivers will still sign up for this plan.Especially those cash starved driver,die die dont want grabpay type.

Many attempts to boycott in the past always failed because according to some drivers,dapur tak berasap. Not only we failed to boycott Grab, but now Grab boycott us by giving priority ping to taxi under justgrab.

Hopefully this association is stronger than GDMA. Perhaps this new association can learn a few tricks from botak and shoot Anthony Loke everyday until he comes back to his senses.
