Today was good, averaging RM40 nett per hour. Hard to find such good driving friday evening.

Bangsar > KL Sentral > Citizen > Bangsar South > Bukit Damansara > Sri Hartamas > Desa Park City

Bangsar was surging around 120% around 6pm+, menara allianz (beside nu-sentral) no surge at all (TBB estimate at 40mins but actual around 50mins), then hit jackpot from citizen to Bangsar South with less than 15mins (RM21 fare), then hit another jackpot KL gateway to bukit damansara at RM18 (14mins complete).

Almost all of the surging are grabpay job.

finally disaster is over for premium drivers, fare is back to normal

because of monopoly, crapcar think it can simply increase the fare and assume premium riders are insensitive on the fare.
these 2 days, the fare is been increase to at least 70% up from normal premium fare, result in almost 3 times of normal crapplus fare.

thank god, its over and make crapcar wake up from reality.

I only get. 1 Premium rider yesterday. She also noticed about the price.

For me, a bit of increment is welcomed but not like what happened in the last 2 days.

Had morning spin at Mont Kiara but the trips were without TBB in friday rush hours yesterday

Took another spin in the evening and had super fares and many with TBB at Mid Valley to KLCC. Best of all, got a trip back to Desa Parkcity where I ended grabbing riders at 9pm.

Hi sifus. My dad has recently picked up driving grab. He cant read english and seem to struggle on how to use the app. Already made few errors and got complained. He is however very determined to learn. Is there a grab center or help center for step by step guide? I cant ride in the vehicle with him to learn and operate the app when he picks up customer. I called the center and they told me there are no channel to help. He has to learn by himself. Sigh

how old is your father ? if too old better not to drive.... to focus on driving plus looking at hp screen is very challenging for elderly people.
long hour driving also no good for the bone...
those days good income, do 1 trip in an hour goyang kaki get incentive..
now really need to complete many trips to get income.. and fare is suck if u dont filter job... bear in mind crapcar also take 25% from your fare..

retiree can do other job such as helpers in food court etc...

If you start right as the jam start you won't get TBB, but contributed to drivers later for TBB, because that is how grab gather data. So the worst time to start grabbing is right when the jam start, and the best time to start is right when the jam almost done lol

my advice is don't drive......not worth it, your dad have no idea how nasty Grab riders can be and for his effort? better stay home and rest and what kind of charsiew son let his dad drive Grab?

Dad retired from being chef. Find retirement boring. Want to do somethg to pass day to day. Grab can start and stop anytime.

It would not to be stressful if you are not chasing to cari makan. Just remember to rest at internals as the medical risk associated with sitting too long can affect the body system especially for rising age from 40 onward. Otherwise, can run into risks from cardiovascular disease like heart failure to stroke. Just shake legs to avoid having blot clot to the heart and brain.

Driving Grab is great for retirees. I am also a retired old mean chef from Hell Kitchen. It is great to pick up hot chicks when you are lonesome. Sumore some might even sit beside you and talk to you while sending them homes or clubbing where you daddy cool get paid. Better than go clubbing being the sugar daddy to pay for thier service to sit beside you. It is genius stout being bull dog from day to day driving for fun.

Being just Canto pop , ask your daddy to just pick up the riders and send them to the designation. Dun have to talk 3 talk 4. Even I am multi lingual, often I play dumb and deaf especially when they call when I am driving. After all, it is traffic offence to talk while driving and run into risk of accident. If they can not wait, they can cancel the rides. If I can not wait , I cancel ride at PUP after 5 minutes to get paid when I get to PUP. Unless the riders are budi, Saya berbahasa in Canto Chow Mein to Nasi Lemak, Italian fettuccine Pasta to Schnauzer hot dogs. Or I serve American Pie to Japanese Sushi or Hokkien Me when I get Wawawee hotties

don’t treat all as thumb of rules & also need 2 consider grab often made changes in drivers policies, ie from hg to time booster etc.
