Elmina buyers should not overspeculate and jump on any slight hint that does not necessarily point to anything, just because they invested in a property here.

Even the Circle Line (MRT3) is still pending in the pipeline and the focus now is down south.

Plus not only Elmina is waiting for an extension, there is the LRT Gombak extension to Selayang, MRT Kajang extension to Semenyih and LRT Putra Heights extension to Kota Kemuning.

All the areas mentioned are more densely populated than Elmina.

MRT is federal project and right now there is zero planning to come here. The only project in the pipeline is MRT 3, LRT Penang and Iskandar

If we wanna talk about early planning the only nearest is the monorel/LRT Putrajaya

Evertime i feel i post here to get a reaction from Elmina buyers, i got a response from other residence from other township who got nothing much to say.

Even if the MRT entension takes 10 years or 20 years to come, it was mentioned by SD also it will not be
so soon for the MRT project to kick start, probably after most of the commercials are completed then only we will probably something going on.

No one is stating just by coming to do site survey, the project will be completed in like 5 years time, that is just not possible. Don't come and tell the buyers here there is ZERO chance MRT station will be build here regardless if 20 years down the road. Elimina is a 30 year old project and this place will look alot more different in the future.

I didn't asked for acceptance nor objection from any community from my speculation, whether or not the MRT will be build will not change the value of the houses here. Probably the only people that will benefit from the MRT would the second generation of people staying at the township.

MRT extension to Elmina alone not possible unless SDP bare the total cost. To Elmina, saujana, puncak alam and setia alam etc then its more likely.
But 15-20 years later after MRT3. Definitely for the next Gen.

I have also read this article mentioning that after the completion of LRT 3, there are plans to build an LRT line connecting Rawang, Selayang, Gombak, and Kepong as part of the 2030 development blueprint.

No need MRT due to low density, If government can build a monorail or BRT connecting MRT kwasa Damansara and LRT3 at stadium Shah Alam which pass through elmina/denai alam is already good enough, no need to wait so many years 🤭🤞🏻

I'm a resident of Denai nearby, and as much as I'd like MRT extension in Elmina, I really think seeing MRT engineers having lunch in Elmina Mall is a BIG stretch to speculate MRT extension to our area...

You may be right that at the moment, there is no plan to launch. However the proposed extension plan for MRT was already tabled and KIVed (i believe) as the land in elmina city center is currently set aside for MRT. The extension won't stop at elmina but will go further to puncak alam and beyond. It would not be far fetched to say eventually the MRT will come to elmina once the population has grown enough to justify such extensions but personally i feel it will take many more years.

Next time I will wear space suit when having lunch over there... people will speculate government to build rocket launching center at Elmina....LOL

Building a ramp to enter DASH near the 7 Skies international school is a more realistic option to reduce the congestion for now

I think I saw some expression of interest ads on FB, Sime looks like they are planning to launch ER2 very soon.

Starting price 1.3x million, basically at least 6k monthly instalment on 30yr loan, they are really pushing the envelope on prices, not just the products lol
