Take a look at the brochure they put out with the newly launched properties: Either The Nine or Elmina Ridge in Elmina West, and Ilham Residence 3 in Elmina East.

During lunch in Elmina mall, i notice there is alot of Gamuda and MRT engineers lurking around, i notice base in the shirt their wearing. I think they coming down for ground survey. The MRT project might start sooner than expected

Hope you are right. SDP is now focusing on elmina city center. so it makes sense for them to lobby hard for the MRT to come to elmina

Lol no .. there is totally zero plan for the MRT to be extended there as per federal gov update it will be MRT3 and LRT Penang .. and next budget will be for Iskandar Puteri-JB

There is a lot of MRT workers that came for lunch here as there is nothing much options in Kwasa

I doubt so. Gov won’t simply cater interest of one party i.e. SDP just to extend MRT line. It has to be collective interests of all parties especially the public in other nearby areas. Plus it’s not inside the gov budget anytime soon to extend this line.

Dude... there is no reason for a team of engineers to come down purposely to Elmina mall just to have lunch, its so far out from Kwasa to take a detour to have lunch in Elmina. You saying there is zero plan is based on what facts? If only this MRT project effects your future property investment in other areas outside of Elmina would you comment as such.
