The PPPoE details is written in your work completion form.

EDIT: You may get the PPPoE Password by using Inspect Element.
I may guide you.

Thanks

I'm using the same router AC1200, you should be able to get the PPPOE username and password as per screenshot below. Router login URL and credential should be under your router.

OK I got it already so what should I do next? You mean reconfigure just simply reset to factory default? And just re-setting the router? THanks in advance again biggrin.gif

Refer to this video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mDLn9rJX76E

If you want all of your wireless devices to automatically reconnected after this setup, use the same name and password for both 2.4 and 5GHz ssid.

Hi Bros, Asus Blue Cave router WiFi performance good for TIME 1Gbps Plan on single floor apartment? anyone using it mind to share the data? thanks in advance!

Good stuff. Signal performance is very good. Beats AC3150 routers in the market.

For those that know technical details, AC3150 routers are basically AC2600 but they are AC3150 capable due to proprietary technology and only limited devices can enjoy.

Don't be fooled by the looks. smile.gif

I never compared them side by side for coverage as my C3150 is the V1 variant, what currently sold is V2.

They are pretty much similar and the blue cave is definitely better than RT-AC86U.

Since we're on the topic, hope you don't mind I'm going into specifics.

I'm currently using Huawei WS880 (with AsusWRT Merlin firmware) for 500Mbps package. For AC wifi, I only manage to get 250Mbps DL / 300Mbps UL on average. No issue on LAN.

Thinking of getting the C3150 V2 but upon checking on this link https://analiti.com/compare/d-link-dir-882....s.asus-rt-ac86u , DIR-882 is surprisingly better despite being abit cheaper than C3150.

Not going to upgrade to 1Gbps package anytime soon. I'm happy enough to get any router that can achieve 450-500Mbps on 5Ghz.

Coverage wise, the WS880 can cover the whole apartment at the moment so C3150 or DIR-882 should be no issue I think.

I am on 1 Gbps plan. I am having issue where the speed will drop to 200 to 300 mbps and when I restart my router, it goes up to 900+ mbps. I am using wired, tested with speedtest app on two laptops connected by wired.

Hi, my package was automatically upgraded to 500mbps @ Rm139 per month recently (from 100mbps @ Rm149 per month).

Can I downgrade back to 100mbps? Don't really need that much speed for daily usage.

Anyone can advise? I switched from unifi to Time around 4-5 months ago.

Thanks much.

thx for the offer. I've just downgrade via self-care and received emailed stating as per below;

Contract Term
A new 24-month contract term will commence upon your new plan activation.

No mention of any penalty so far. Finger crossed.
