I have received email upgraded for free to 500Mbps and I feel like going to downgrade to 100Mbps , BUT ... written in Self Care that Contract Renewal 24 months , and for 500Mbps or 1Gbps is N/A. What does it mean? Is my contract reset / start from 0 (ZERO) again? Thanks in advance

Thanks sifus for the answers, then I won’t downgrade for my better future HAHAHA cz its almost a year since the first time I have been in Malaysia, if free and not be reset I can downgrade cz I seldom being at Malaysia nowadays , hmm... #savingmoney

Hi sifus, I have already reset my router TP Link AC1200 and now it gives me a SATISFYING result which can afford 350Mbps on my iPhone 7+ (which only 280Mbps before) but also MAYBE because it’s late night so traffic “no jam” alrd? Hahahaa

But anyway big thanks! I bought USB3.0 to Gigabit Ethernet and the Cat6 cable can reach up to 1000Mbps, tried with the stock ethernet cable which included with the modem also can reach 500Mbps on speedtest (?) Am I wasting my money buying extra Cat6 cable?
