Just called Time customer service, apparently my account has been auto downgrade back 100mbps!

Worst thing, she told me they can't do anything, there all few complaints like me. They will compile the list and escalate to the higher level.

When asked expected when could have feedback, she said dunno.

She also refused to provide me a report no.

I'm left in 100mbps now, yet in self-service, my account is showing 100mbps but when click into change plan, it clearly state my current plan is 500mbps.

i also encountering the same issue. and seems like their customer service is fully engage.

Cs finally pickup and answered that is a profile issue. they will escalate the issue and set back the correct profile for those affected one

What router you're using?

So today, the management told me, my apartment high rise told me that TIME signed the agreement to install fibre on September 2018, but they still don't install it yet... I asked management whether many people demand fibre at my place, he answered no, his face showed something... He didn't dare to look at me while talking the whole time


Staying at Penang, where can I approach TIME and effective one? Going to the bayan lepas corporate office?

Is the router UI in English?.

I realized that I need to re-boot my router everyday to achieve 900+ Mbps. If not, I will only achieve 300+ Mbps. After re-boot, I can achieve 900+ Mbps. I am using the AC5400X.

I've reset my 500mb plan and TIME is going to free me the ac1200 router. Any chances i can top up certain amount to get the DIR 882 since the ac1200 cannot reach 500 mbps for wireless and i am just using wireless at home.

You should start campaigning & let your neighbors know the benefit of using Time Fibre. Got FB community group? At least that is what we did previously to raise headcount.

The TIME DIR-882 carries 3 years warranty, and if it's faulty, you may call the toll free to get a replacement.
Either my team or our fellow Installation mates will come over to install for the users (you are Pro d..no need..lol)
