Urgh TIME internet is down now for 6 hours. In my Unifi experience for the past 10 years it has never exceed 2 hours or more.

Actually no idea, it just appeared in my selfcare portal suddenly. I did use TIME for about 2 years now, just ended my 24 months 1gbps contract and downgraded to 100mbps

The 300Mbps package appear on my account too few days back, but today it's gone, only 100, 500 and 1gbps .. plus promo to upgrade package with free router but need 2yrs re-contracts, btw I've ended my contract long time ago
