Do you mean the RM99 x 3 months offer?

Yes sir. The current one more interesting and i actually need a mesh. The new plan just fit 100% my need. It's best if they could migrate me to the new one.

Awesome-professional-swift-effective input.
Took me a week to figure out what happened (following TIME support person advices), risked myself going to 5 phone gadget shops to source new LAN cable (cat5e and cat6 copper).  As TIME kept saying they detected it was LAN cable issue. Even though I have given them my router details.

Terima kasih so much. Will keep this "Get a router with Gigabit WAN Ports" in mind.

Since I am already TIME subscriber for 500mbps. If I were to choose recontract...
Do you guys think this is a good deal? Any 'hidden' cost?
It say: Enjoy RM10 off x 24 months on your subscription fee and optimise your home WiFi experience by pairing your free device upgrade with mesh WiFi that delivers fast Internet to every corner of your home.

Does it mean it comes with router? new modem?

Once you recontract will extend contract validity for another 2 years.
Check in your Self Care Portal and see whether you are eligible for new router upgrade for free.

Thank you.

If there is an option to enable VLAN then you can use for Unifi/Maxis.

Sometimes the firmware can lock to use with TIME Fibre only.

Hi all experience users,
Basically i'm upgrading my Maxis fibre from 100 -> 300. At the same time would like to replace existing C5V stock router with Mesh Router.
Currently I'm using Deco M5 bundled with C5V router which I FAILED to eliminate C5V maxis router & directly connect Deco M5 to Modem as cannot connect to internet. It only work IF connect via C5V router.
Thinking to get Deco AX60 or AX90 to REPLACE maxis router C5V, and still worry it will fail to connect internet even I set correct Maxis profile of PPPoE.
Any successful user here which using Deco AX60 or AX90 as MAIN ROUTER connect directly to Modem ?
Modem -> Deco AX90.
Thank you in advance for sharing success story.

Hi, my internet connection suddenly dropped, "fiber cut is detected" as a result of my diagnostic run on Time portal. May I know what has caused this? The fiber in my house has not been touched since installation

Hi, the fibre cut may not be only referring to the fibre in your house, it could be the ones in your building or outside infra.

Please assist to lodge a report to 1800 18 1818.

Thanks.

Hi, we could assist you in that... Yes public IP is provided but no fixed IP for Home package. Yes you will need to set the port mapping.

Thanks.

This is the exact problem that I am facing today. I have this “fibre cut detected” since 1PM today, in Ara Damansara. The helpline agent arranged for a technician to come to my place at tomorrow afternoon. ONE WHOLE DAY later. Haysoos. Wfh is gone.

I called support and they ask me to turn off and unplug the fiber cable from the Huawei modem and plug it back in. It work for a few hours and then internet gradually become slow again. Aih should have ask them to come and check the infra on my building.

They had me go through the standard steps of unplugging and replugging the LAN ports, fibre cable tightness check etc. In my case, the LOS red light didn’t go away. So they told me that a tech team will come over tomorrow.
You should call/live chat with them to get the tech team to come.
