I've seen some workers claiming to be from TIME installing some wires in the longkang behind my house in the past few weeks. Am i gonna get TIME coverage in my area or are those cables for another purpose? For what it's worth i live in a terrace house in Penang so i'm kinda skeptical since so far, TIME only seems to provide service to high rise buildings.

The reason i'm asking here is because the coverage check on the website says it's covered, but I haven't seen any Time workers come to do any cabling work here since last year so i'm a bit confused
