Add RM 10 can get 100Mbps for TIME.
But normally, the coverage for UniFi/Maxis and TIME doesn't really collide each other.

ya. indeed good price. somemore it is symmetric speed.

but too bad, very limited coverage. almost no chance to even sign at all.

Reduce the occurence but we still notice intermitent session hang.

No plan at all from Time to upgrade router/modem for existing 100-->500mbps customers?

Cos we cant enjoy the speed promised from the upgrade.. Presumably due to hardware limitation
We were also unable to downgrade to rm99 for 100mbps plan without changing our contract

You can always buy a better router. It’s not really that expensive.

Time even offers routers for sale on the selfcare portal at reasonable prices.

I recently subscribed to TIME BB through @yeapch01 and I can say he is very professional in handling my requests and questions. Overall a good experience and I would recommend anyone who plan to subscribe to TIME to be in touch with him to find out more.

@yeapch01 doesn't give me any sales pressure, he does follow-up occasionally which shows proper client and sales management skills. Thanks.

I have subscribed to the 1Gbps package but am consistently getting around 850-860Mbps download speeds through the Time server on Speedtest (via LAN cable).

Is a 15% margin off the advertised speed normal? Or should I be getting in touch with Time on this? Thanks guys!

hi guys, how much would TIME charges if they need to splice my fibre cable?

getting LOS since ytd, couldnt confirm if the fibre cable at my door is the cause. The thick plastic sheath had been damage, but the inner fibre cable still intact
