Hmm, if TM at least they able to reroute user network to other path but TIME once down, cannot use at all.

Down = main cable cut
Yes TM reroute due to cable cut and ur packet goes long way to reach ur web server due to that reroute that why its slow. |

But not sure, this TIME problem due to cable cut or what. Let just wait and see. I realize that after restart my router, no internet eventually.
Try restart ur router and see. |
