Hmm, if TM at least they able to reroute user network to other path but TIME once down, cannot use at all.

down and slow is 2 diff thing.

If slow, still can reroute . If down, its not usable

Down = main cable cut

Yes TM reroute due to cable cut and ur packet goes long way to reach ur web server due to that reroute that why its slow.

But not sure, this TIME problem due to cable cut or what. Let just wait and see. I realize that after restart my router, no internet eventually.

Try restart ur router and see.

Hi,

Yes lately we notice there are increasing complaints on this issue.

Symptoms Observed :

Power & Globe (Internet) indicator are both green, but unable to browse Internet, it just hangs.
No issue on Huawei HG8240H ONU.

Resolution :

Upgrade the Dlink DIR850L router to latest TIME firmware, v2.08TT .
You can use the easiest auto way to upgrade. If it fails, then you can drop me an email, I will send you the firmware & guideline.
If you feel not confident to do it, you may call 1800 18 1818, and SI will install for you.

Reduce the occurence but we still notice intermitent session hang.

After small turbulance yesterday ....speed 900/500 ,today back to normal....1000/500...
Anyway, no major problem at all. rclxms.gif
