I switched from Unifi to Time. After Time installation done I went to TM point to terminate my Unifi. Just fill a form & bring along ur BTU/Modem. That's all....no need to submit my "intention to terminate the Unifi service" to TM 30 days before terminating.

This is a bit 'risky' as the copper concealed we don't know the quality...usually this kind of case the line quality will not be good.

Their new move will be like TIME 100% full fibre..but that is gonna take some time... if you can switch to TIME is the best option.

Hi guys, I plan to jump to TIME from Unifi. My friend told me that TM has different termination t&c, some just need to pay RM 500, some need to pay the Unifi bill for remaining months until contract expires. How do you know which one applicable to your package ya? I'm currently using Unifi 50mbps

Under TM new revised terms.
If you subscribed the special campaign price packages, you are subject to the remaining months penalty.

Special Subscription Fee
a. Each subscription to any of the Campaign Packages are subject to twenty four (24) months minimum subscription period. In the event of early termination before the minimum period, subscriber will be subject to a penalty, as the agreed damages, being the sum of package fee times number of the remaining months. The penalty shall be in addition to any sum outstanding for the account.
