If you downgrade within the contract period, yes the contract will be reset.

so the child node needs to be located where there is a power plug right?
for the fiber cable, do they drill through walls and did they patch it up nicely afterwards?

Upgrade depends whether you claim the free devices or promo, if so, then the contract will be reset another 24 months.

The thin transparent-like optic fiber will be glued at the edge of the path, no drilling.

the typical white fibre with 2 strand inside they use can bend like that based on my house. Just a 90 curve bend so should be fine.

Can as it's softer.. bu usually we try to do a smoother curve...

What about going through door?
U mean underneath the edge of the door ? Not so recommended as this will tend to get snap by the door.

if i sign up today, how long does it take for the installer to come to my house to install?
*
as long as the date is available, once u chose it, they will come on the date and time selected. it can be even tomorrow (earliest) if there is available slot.

Riding on TIME infra and offering lower price than TIME's own plan.
*
they come out this just 4 days after i installed my time 500Mbps. damn.. else maybe can consider. but the termination clause that one needs to pay all the remaining months of the fees of the contract which is a turn-off.
i prefer time one that anytime terminate only pay rm500. so technically i am given first month free of rm139 now, i terminate now i just pay rm361 by giving them one month notice?

It seems that TIME Fiber has expanded their coverage in two residential areas in Seri Iskandar, Perak

Unless TIME revise their pricing or step up their quality, I don't see any reasons to choose TIME these days.

Maxis and Unifi provide a better routing, better support and faster recovery timeline. Could be cheaper too if you got the right plan.

In fact, some of my friends started having congestion issues at some higher density Condo.

Quite true… the only appealing point of time broadband is the symmetrical downlink and uplink speed. Other than that there’s no better advantage.

TIME is still giving free public IP for 300Mbps and above. Can be requested on 100Mbps plans for free as well.

Maxis is charging RM10 per month for all plans.
