I have a bit of inquiry regarding this. Today TIME people came to my apartment to install TIME 100mbps.
Upon checking they say the cable fibre and connector is broken and need to be fixed (I have attached picture for reference)
Usually this kind of problem can forward to the apartment management (inside unit) or need to find third party contractor? If third party how much damage need to repair this kind of problem?

Need to solved asap as i need internet for WFH-ing

Can anybody confirm whether TIME plan to have coverage at Sky Medirien? I have checked surrounding condo like rafflesia condo, melur condo or capers have coverage.

I plan to sign up with TIME at current place ( have coverage) and move to sky Meridien once it’s completed. I’m afraid that if there is no coverage then penalty of rm 500 will be imposed as the by the time I move next year the contact is still less than 24 months.

Hi guys, wanted to ask if I want to extend my coverage for this model (attached photo) and currently using 100mbps. I should get mesh or upgrade router ? My master bed room currently not really having good coverage which I using Xiaomi extender. Another issue was my CCTV camera got frequently disconnected and I'm still not sure is it because my wifi coverage issue.

Going to have my Time fiber install with VOICE package (DECT phone). Plan changing the router to AX73, but AX73 router doesn't come with any 'phone' port.

Is the Time voice/phone connected to the modem or the router?
OR I have to get a router that supports RJ-11 ?

means, the voice/phone connected to the modem will still work after I ask the CS to change the modem setting into bridge mode and use the AX73 as dialer?

Hi, I just got TIME installed in my house last Saturday for 100M plan. For the provided 2-in-1 ONT Huawei HG8145V5, anyone know if the phone/tel port still usable after the ONT changed to bridge mode? Currently I’m using it as modem + router (default).

Can the experts here explain (or guess) why Time doesn't upgrade their upload speed? Infrastructure or hardware limitations?

Then how come Time can only offer 500 Mbps upload for home users on 1 Gbps plan? 🤔

Hi sifus, I did a reset on the router yesterday, and unable to connect to the internet anymore 

I'm trying to reconfigure the connection, but stuck on the first step of logging to this page:


I called the customer service, and she informed me to refer to the label of the router, but it did not work. Anyone knows what should be the right credentials to use?

p/s 1: There is no credential provided on the modem.
p/s 2: CS asked me to refer to router label to login the website above which I find it weird. (Thought it supposed to be modem, not router?)

I'm uisng U mobile fibre for a week plus now. So far no complain, installer is from TIME. If TIME pulled fibre optic cable to your house previously, basically there's no need to repull again. Speedtest can get average of 95-103mbps download and 90-105mbps upload using wireless.

For 200mbps plan, Can I request the public ip address?
