Then she said the 30mbps basic got quota which then i showed her the printed FAQ from TM website stating the quota will only be imposed next year too.

After that, she went to see her boss, and offer me the turbo upgrade withing this 2 weeks.

i refused the offer and still want to proceed with the RM79 30mbps mentioning to her that RM139 is not perpetual and only 24 months.

Then she said the discount will be perpetual once turboed..
Yes, if you upgrade  e.g 30mbps advance to 100mbps lite, you already have standard pack (aneka , etc) with you + stb. topup another RM30, will give you ultimate pack.

Differ from new user, they need to topup RM30 just to watch unifitv through STB, and another RM30 for ultimate.

zzz and i thought no news for 10Mbps to get 100Mbps haiz. TM called me yesterday after giving zero rating on their live chat and told them i want my speed upgrade by next week. haha same answer but I explained them that my infra is using FTTH and can use 100Mbps package since they requested me to wait for turbo instead of getting the RM129 100Mbps since i'm only paying RM99 for 10Mbps haiz. They forward my issue to TM HQ so i hope ada faster response now.

any1 on highrise building with copper succesfully port to the rm129/100mbps pckge?
coz 1 tm point telling me i cannot switch to that plan due to infra limitation.

Wow congrats didnt know copper can go up to 50mbps, but how much u are paying n with which tv pack n got std20?

if ur house still cooper, 100mbps can't support. max only 30mbps. but wait, maybe tm give cooper like's me 50mbps. 50mbps enough for me.

Just called up Unifi cust service line and asked them to make a report for expediting turbo process otherwise I will terminate my service which is out of contract anyway. Immediately the cust rep asked me to wait on the line while she speaks to her supervisor and when she came back on the line, she said she will raise the report for turbo upgrade and someone will call me back to confirm the upgrade.

We'll see how for the next few days. hehe

Manage to get a technician to come and check why I not getting 800mbps after turbo.  The router C1200 is the problem..
Got any router recommended that not so pricey? I am thinking to downgrade to the 100 mbps package also.
Feel not worth need to spend extra money for this turbo upgrade

If she already made the report or request for turbo upgrade, wait for 2-3 days. Because this is the same case as mine. Nobody call to confirm upgrade just that it automatically update on my account.

Yep, I fight for it though. Managed to make a case, they send it to HQ. Waited 2-3 days patiently and magically upgraded to 800mbps.
