TM called me yesterday after giving zero rating on their live chat and told them i want my speed upgrade by next week. haha same answer but I explained them that my infra is using FTTH and can use 100Mbps package since they requested me to wait for turbo instead of getting the RM129 100Mbps since i'm only paying RM99 for 10Mbps haiz. They forward my issue to TM HQ so i hope ada faster response now. |
