i would like to share my experiance with tm point alor setar.
13/8/2018 i want to tm point alor star to downgrade my pakcge from rm179/50mpbs to rm129/100mbps. after all check and done the cs told me evertng is done so i left.
17/8/2018 i live chat asking why i am old pakge, cs said need 3 days to process.
18/8/2018 i live chat again, another cs said never receive my application from tm point alor setar, and said will repot.
19/8/2018, tm point alor setar call me and said they already submit my request.
WTF, they took almost 1 week to process my request.
as now 20/8/2018 im still on old pckge.

just now tm call me and said that they cannot change my plan to 100mbps due to building limitation.
but then ask me to wait for turbo to 500mbps
wth is this??
i already know my building cannot support 500mbps, that's the reason i want to change to 100mbps pckge.

any1 on highrise building with copper succesfully port to the rm129/100mbps pckge?
coz 1 tm point telling me i cannot switch to that plan due to infra limitation.
if yes please tell me which tm point u went as im goint to apply again.

im already on 50mbps/rm179
the problem is people paying rm129 for 100mbps
that is not fair
just let customer install the rm129 pckge
and let the copper do max speed it can handle.

i want to update my case due to my building on vdsl and tm wont let me 'downgrade' to rm129/100mbps. currently on 50mbps/rm179

yesterday i went to tm point cyberjaya and ask to change the plan again or if not please provide rebate or any thing.

the officer lastly offer me rm129/50mbps+unifi tv. but she said the packge still not in the system and not sure if tm sytem can accept the pckge and ask me to followup after 5 days.

After almost 2 weeks since my visit to tmpoint, countless follow up, finally my plan now changed to 50mbps best with stb

If all is right, i should pay rm129 just as 100mbps plan. Tm offer the plan since my aprtment on vdsl. Previously paying rm179/50mbps

i would like to clarify above matter with forumer before i go complain to tm.
previously im on 50mbps/rm179 package. according to tm my contract has already ended. then i change plan to 50mbps/rm129 (my place only on vdsl and tm can only reduce the price).

according to my understanding, changing plan after contract has ended should be free right? why i am charged with rm200?

im on vdsl. early october i go tm point asking for the best offer they can give since my place cannot support 100mbps.
they offer me 50mbps/rm129 with STB but renew contract. so i accepted it. i heard now if u go tm point they can offer rm99 for 50mbps wthout STB. not sure about that though.
