i get the turbo Unifi 500 mbps recently. Unfortunately, im only able to achieve around 300 mbps with lan cable cat 6. Any network setting need to change for achieve 500 mbps? Im using TP link archer c7 AC1750.

Not possible. It is very old, and the hardware is very dated, and the wireless standard it supports is only N. I suggest changing to a router that I recommend on 1st page.
4 10/100/1000Mbps LAN Ports
1 10/100/1000Mbps WAN Port

Wired yes (Cat 5e and above Lan cable).

My mother's house:
Initially with 5Mbps upgraded to 10Mbps, RM157+ monthly
TM even dismissed the Thank You upgrade to 30Mbps last year
We changed the plan yesterday to 100Mbps, RM129 monthly

This is after the CS said that the account will be turboed to 100Mbps for RM157+

No extra charge or penalty imposed. Effectively changed in 24 hours wink.gif

Currently my package is 50mbps @179 (finish contract). Last Sat, went to TM point and ask for upgrade to 100mbps @129. Managed to upgrade it with the installation set on this coming Sunday 23/9. May I check will TM change all the my old router & modem in order to support for the new upgrade? Or will they be using the existing one?

I went to TMpoint Kajang last week queue for 2 hours and they submit a report to check if my condo 100 Mbps compatible. Today they called me back and say my building cannot support and ask me to go to TM point again tomorrow they will reduce my price (contract is not renewed, just price drop the agent says). Anyone have the same case and how much did you guys reduced your bill to?

Lol, I know now. My bad. I have the same model at home as well, and mistakenly assumed that it does not support gigabit. Happy to know that it does support gigabit after all, so I am ready for the upgrade rclxm9.gif

sifu, is your BTU running hot?

mine somehow runs hot, though it doesn't seem to be malfunctioning.

My Unifi got turboed for awhile now but my dl and ul speed both only manage to go up to about 100-120Mbps. All connected with CAT6 cables, router and BTU seems to be fine.

Called up tech support and they sent someone to my house to check on the connection, they confirmed that my network equipment is alright.
They told me it's their problem on their end that needs to be reconfigured but god knows how long it'll take.
I only got answered, "days or weeks maybe? I pun tak tau."
Anyone facing the same problem? The technician told me it's a common thing.

I want to say not eligible, but why not you visit the nearest TM point and enquire?

Reason: VDSL speed is dependent on your local Copper line quality.
